Lifting belts

Should you use them (deadlifts, squat etc.)

won't this result in weaker abdominal area muscles?

ZMA

Hi, i've been away for a while.

Question
-----------
I know you aren't supposed to take ZMA with calcium but some say that you should take it on an empty stomach as well.

Considering the fact that i eat just before i go to bed, when should i take ZMA?

Static Lunges

1. I've seen some people doing static lunges for the deisred reps, then they switch the position of their legs and repeat the reps, while others don't. What's the correct?

If you do swimming sprints instead of traditional ones, are they better than the traditional ones due to more muscle use?

i've seen people completely raising their lower back from the bench in order to raise the bar. It doesn't seem good. Isn't that so?

Carbs from veggies.

Ok so here is the question.

Swanso wrote on an article that 300-400 grams are stored as glycogen.

So let's assume that you eat 100 breakfast, 100 post workout

How do you eat 100-200 only by veggies on the rest of the day ????

Yes, it is something like a vertigo.

I have also experienced it if i go to the gym 2 hours later....so i will experiment and see what happens.

This happens to me sometimes when i workout in the morning, it has never happened when i used to train late in the evening. After 35-40 mins. , especially after lunges, i might feel completely out of energy, struggling to complete the last sets. Note that i go to the gym straight after breakfast. Do...

Sweating

I sweat easily and a lot. Are there any advantages besides the fact that some girls like it in bed and any other disadvantages besides the fact that i can never go out and be comfortable during summer?

he basically says train with heavy weights , full body compound movements, intensity, adequate volume, eat cholesterol which you should be doing anyway if you are weightlifting.
