I have heard and belive in the understanding that it is best to weigh yourself first thing in the morning. However, I refuse to spend money on a scale. (Im a cheap skate)

I usualy hit the gym after work promptly at 5/ 5:30

SO... Is it best to weigh in before or after workout??

Cassie your great, thank you for following up with me. Gave me some good ideas, Im always excited to go grocery shopping! Yesterday I went to the produce store, hooked it up with some apples bananas and bell peppers :) I'm excited to just put any sort of plan into action... I have been so off course...
