ok i messured it this morning...its a cup...just seems like more bc its bigger pieces then a little cheerio. and its only says serving size is 52 pieces..not in cups. as for the sugar....its not as sweet as it may sound. i mean it ism but nothing like your biting into pure chocolate like say...cocop...

im not a huge fan of oatmeal. altho i have ate it and can eat it. i add a spoonfull of PB and some cinnamon sugar with it. altho i add own concocktion of the CS. store bought kind has to much sugar so i buy ground cinnamon and put in sugar myself....combine in the bottle before i use on the food...o...
