The trouble is that the doctors don't tell me anything. Each time I go to the doctor, they say that the recovery time is bigger than the last time they told me so, I guess I have a lifetime to recover!

Hi all!
I have injured spine broke waist bone resulting in an hernia in L4 and L5. Until now I've been doing bodybuilding for 10 years. Can I continue to exercise in the current condition?
