everyone talks about protein...ive calculated that with weight i should consume 150 grams MAX. does this sound right? i want to lose weight/fat and gain definition. im 6 foot 2, 220 lbs. should i consume the same amount of protein on days off from lifting? side note: i know i should wait 60-90 secs ...

alright, i am going to stop lifting weights blindly! i want to get slimmer and leaner, i know how much i should lift (2-4 sets of 12 reps w/ a 1 min break.) got that info from another thread. what i need to know is what and when i should lift. i have basic equipment...barbell, dumbells, incline benc...
