theres something about the sterile quality of fresh urine that parents used to cure me of asthma 1 month after they used own urine i didnt have it anymore, not really sure if it wasnt just fear tho lol but i couldnt get outta classes because of it anymore sucked from that aspect

definately a ligament or tendon problem had the same thing happen to me took a blind side hit in rugby an since im a "strong guy" didnt go to the doctors so it never fully healed! So go see a physio if not then ur looking at a life time of 3 minutes of pain each time u get up from sitting ...
