I've found starting to skip out on workouts makes it easier to do it again, so I just don't miss one at all, unless I'm sick or injured. Have you set up a system for when you lift weights and do cardio? I've set up the whole week, so there's just no question about what every day is all about. Mon wed sat weights, tue fri cardio, thu sun rest. Works well for me.

However i need you guys advice, i gave the cardio a miss yesterday, i just went to do it, but after a minute i had enough. I feel really tired inmyself, unfit, and just feel like being lazy and taking it easy, i think alot of it is to do with birthday the other day and just getting back to things. Also i dunno if this is affecting me but, i like this girl, she likes me, but shes in a relationship with mate from ive known since i was little, so it's awkward.
I know not doing cardio and not eating 100% well isn't going to get me big and a 6 pack though. But ive eaten mainly id say 90% well? And i just could really do with the rest to be honest. But u know, i'll do it if i have to, just legs were aching and i just don't feel good.
Dinner - chicken tikka breast pieces.

Forget the female. While she's in a relationship don't go there, because that's just sleazy. Even giving her a kiss, then making out like you didn't screw her so it's no biggie, is still sleazy and the mate deserves not to be crapped on like that.
If she cracks onto you, tell him and assure him you didn't go there, even if she lies and says otherwise. If she's a two bit skank she'll soon reveal her colours, if she's even remotely turned on by you and starts to think a bit of extra curricular activity with you is manageable.
If shes not a skank and treats him right, you've got no issues, but even if the mate turned out to be not as trustworthy as thought, or causes some kind of rift with you, she's still off limits. No punishing him by getting with her treatment, It's basically morally repugnant to mess with someone elses woman, even for revenge purposes, in that instance you look like a bigger for not letting the fluff with him go and trying to punish him, not least because that won't help to heal the rift if that's a possibility, you'll blow that, by messing with his girlfriend to pay him back for some reason.

If the female was that damned good, it could last forever, waiting 4-6 weeks wouldn't kill, when you've 40-60+ years afterwards.

It's awkard because while i don't want to hurt him, im really into her and trust her with alot of things, she feels the same, but i don't know what to do for the best.

I don't see it as awkward. As I said, shes his, so she's off limits. If she's not his at some point in the future and you and she feel there's something potnetially there, bide your time, then make a delayed move, so as not to put his nose out of joint, getting in there fast as flynn.
That doesn't sound too awkward to me, although having said that, I'm not some hormonal teen in the thick of it, I'm just an outside looking in, innocent bystander where this is concerned

Breakfast, 1 protein scoop - 90 cals, 23g protein, with semi skimmed milk.
Semi skimmed milk with bowl of corn flakes.
Had a protein shake before/ just at start of workout, maybe drunk it too fast as i felt sick during workout, that i needed to burp and be sick alot of protein too.
2 scoops- 188 cals, 46g protein, plus about 300ml of semi skimmed milk so about 56gs protein?

20KG barbell curls, 3 sets reps 8-10
20kg barbell military press, 3 sets reps 8-10
50kg bench press, 5 sets reps 6-8
50kg bent over rows, 3 sets reps 6-7
50kg deadlifts, 3 sets reps 10
1 set 50kg shoulder shrugs as don't want to put alot of strain on shoulders, 7 reps.
18kg each dumbbell flys, 4 sets reps6-8
3 sets each arm dumbbell rows, reps 10 each arm

I noticed i was drinking alot of water, but wasn't out there for 2 hours, maybe 1 hour 30mins, and urinated about 4 times, bladder problems?
Are meals good? I know that one had alot of protein in it.
Ive left some chicken out which i could have later?

She sounds a bit iffy, so beware. She's another guys girl and she's texting you daily and intimating things about being tempted to do stuff with you. If she was 100% legit where he's concerned, the temptation wouldn't even be there.
That sounds like an underlying problem between him and her, or she's in denial about something in the relationship. I mean sure someone losing weight being tempted by some cake, or a recovering alcoholic being tempted by some Gin, those you can understand, but somebody saying they love a guy, but are tempted to do stuff with you and texting daily, that smacks of something not adding up 100% in that relationship.

Yeah i think i best stay clear. I haven't like a girl like this for a while but, she says she loves him, and if she was single she would be with me, she says he doesn't trust her and knows her every move. But she loves him and will be with him as long as he wants? Had enough anyway it's causing me alot of stress and making me feel shitty.

Sticky chicken skewers - chicken on a stick in a little bit of sauce.
41 cals each, 6.5g protein, i think 1.8g carb sugar, had 5 of them.

It's not a question of if he wants, it's if she wants as well. Anything like that needs to be a two way thing. If she's under his thumb, or she feels emotuionally blakcmailed into staying with him, or she's not emotionally strong enough, to bin off a relationship that she's not 100% happy with, then it's her problem.MartinBoy wrote:she says he doesn't trust her and knows her every move. If that's the case and she's in a relationship, she's not 100% happy with, but won't or can't get out of, someone needs to help her, but it can't be you, because of your reasonably close attachment to the friend she's going out with, because you could be a catalyst for a bad fallout.
She'd have to get another female or a parent to intervene in someway, by gently persuading her not to stick with something, that doesn't feel 100% right, because her happiness could be at stake, or she's in denial when she needs that person to make her see a truth she's not noticing.
As they say love is blind and sometimes people need another pair of eyes, so to speak, to show them when it's not a good thing. If she needs that, she'll have to get it from someone she might trust, but as I say it can't be you.
You're still better off out of it.

Had a protein shake 1 scoop with a bit of milk before doing workout however back i could feel was a bit sore but nothing to stop me, did 2 sets of barbell curls 20kg and now back is killing, so i had to stop, it's causing me alot of pain when i lean forward, it's just annoying because i had the drink before and all to prepare myself and now can't even do it.

Been picking at small pieces of cake but i know i shouldn't! Grr, it's just so hard when it's out on the side, and there isn't any "good" food to eat, but saying that the majority of the time i do believe im eating well, and when there is the right food here i will eat, it instead of junk food, it's just hard when it aint here.
I want to up things, summers coming soon, previous summers ive been scared to go out in a t shirt, and would have to be wearing a jumper, im just sick of feeling bloated alot of the time and i think that's main problem. I feel and look it, i want pecs constantly, so when i take shirt off i aint got to tense or do weights before to make it look good. And same with 6 pack, i don't want to have to lean back or tense to show 6 pack.
I'm really prepared to up things, however what am i doing wrong? Is weight workout not good enough? Mainly doing full body workouts i believe? The ones ive been posting lately, cardio normally 40mins cycling on stationary bike, did 30mins today though.
So yeah what do i need to be doing? Eating less? Eating more? Hour cardio instead of 40mins? Cardio every day?
Im really prepared because looking good is everything, sure i do need to enjoy myself though where im young so occisonally i would like to drink and maybe eat things i shouldn't, but you know it's not every day. Saying that easter is coming up soon, what should i do, i know i wouldn't be stupid and eat like 5 easter eggs a day, i would be careful but what should i do, because i mean it's a big thing and it isn't at the same time. Should i not have any easter eggs when brothers are getting them? Should i eat one a day and go on the bike for about 2 hours? It's hard but i am determined to do this!

Dinner - potato salad, salad, vegetable lasagne.
So yeah not best nutrition today but not terrible?
Feel ill after dinner though, even more reason to not eat it again, if i got the time il do 30mins cardio.
Went to do a bit of cardio but where i hurt top left side of back other day all of a sudden (typical) i can feel it aching slightly, i don't want to do anything that could risk injuring it again as i would like to get back to weights tomorow.

did 45mins cardio, tiring and boring, not exactly bombing it going fast but it was hard, well for legs anyway and i did sweat a bit so must be doing some good, according to it i cycled 16 miles and burned 728 cals?
