Day 220

Not the best of couple days but i will do best to get back on track with what food i have here.

Breakfast , protein shake and wheatabix with milk.

Lunch, 1 slice of bread with a little bit of peanut butter, 3 eggs, turned into scrambled egg.

30mins cardio.

Meatballs and kiwi

Where i went gym on a day pass, they rung me up saying that only today and tomorow the offer is on where it's £25 a month, but have to pay for a year, so £300 = 469.98 U.S. dollars, although this is good, it's alright i suppose if ur working and driving as it's easy to get to, plus i only recently bought a set of dumbells, sure there isn't as much space to do them and all but it all seems good now where ive been twice and it's been alright, but a year is a long commitement.

Dinner - was eating some of chinese but decided to put it down, had a ready meal, beef and rice with peas, 475 cals, 25g protein 68g carb

meals suck.

Hi Martin,

Great job on putting down the chinese man. :) The meals don't look terrible. So you're still kicking around the gym thing?

Well i used up the 2 days pass, it was good, they have a steam room, jaquizie, probly spelt that wrong, and a swimming pool there too, while it all sounds good at the moment, it's wether it's still going to be that "good" after doing it for a year. I don't mind home workouts, sure it's more fun at the gym as it's more of a variety and better equipment, but if you can get the same results at home and i have the equipment here why not, just have to sort out some space so i can do the workouts properly. Just thinking of doing a workout in the cold shed with not much space right now is making me want to join the gym, but have to let them know by tomorow, i wouldn't care if i was working because £300 wouldn't be much, but where im paying for driving lessons aswell and im not getting much income it's hard, and i don't like not having a job, i hate it, i wish i did have a job!!

Day 221

breakfast protein shake and wheatabix.

Lunch scrambled eggs, 1 slice bread with a lil peanut butter

Not going to lie fat intake today has been high, but it's not like ive choose to eat high fat foods over non fat foods, i was out and in an akward situation.

Hope it don't affect me it's not often it happens.

Damn i wish i could get a job then i wouldn't hesitate at joining a gym

DAY 222

breakfast wheatbix nd protein shake

meatballs

20min cardio

Now, i went out Thursday night as you know, and since then i haven't felt myself, and it's starting to make me concerned. I feel ok, but a bit numb if that makes sense, not all there, slower reactions, for example if i put hand in trouser pocket, i can obviously feel hand in there, but not as well as i used to, im not sure how to explain it, but it's like i can only just feel it, at night im becomming more tired than i normally would to, that was thursday night, and it's monday afternoon now, so i doubt it could be that any alcohol is still in system, but it's making me feel tired and less motivated, just did 20mins cardio, but it feels alot harder?

Also with working out at home, im feeling less motivation, i dunno if it's to do with the 2 days i went the gym, but just the thought of working out in a small space, cold, your hands are cold, doesn't exactly make you feel like, it's something you want to do, you know?

Hi Martin,

How long have you been feeling "numb"? Wonder if maybe you should go see a doctor if it continues?

I know what you mean about losing motivation after working out in the gym. I love working out in the gym and would have a hard time working out at home as well.

If i can just get a gym then il be able to join it, then perhaps i should sell the waits that i had bought at home if i joined a gym, but need a job first, so doubt it'll happen the way things are going round here, can't get one anywhere.

Dinner - spaghetttti bolognese - bloatedddd

Well this is the 4th day, il give it a week then i might book a doc app, i hope it's nothing serious.

Day 224

Breakfast last of protein shake and bowl of cornflakes.

Lunch can of sardines and a slice of bread

Bought some protein powder off a friend, it's 2kg, however it says 50g protein a serving, about 70g carbs, but a server is (150g), so this would make it last what 10 days? The scoop with it is 75ml, the scoop i usually have is 30g scoop, im confused and don't know the best way for this to work, i don't want it to last me a week because what am i going to gain in a week.

Did a workout, felt good as i haven't done one for a while, had a can of tuna before.

After just had a protein shake (1 scoop),: serving size: 3 scoops (150g) is 50g protein, 78g carb - 11g sugar, and about 543 calories. This seems like a hell of a lot, i just had 1 scoop so the calories probably isn't too high, but if i was too have the 3 scoops a day it will run out in like 8 or 9 days, and that's £20. So a bit concerned about this.

1 scoop only has 181 calories... looks like a good post workout meal as it offers both protein and carbs. I'd like to see the protein closer to carbs in grams. Just have a scoop at a time. You definitely don't need 3 scoops at a time. That is way too much.
