As of yesterday I have jumped back on the juice reboot for the week. Last time I was on it at the beginning of the yr I dropped from 242-217. Since February I have have bumped up and stayed at 223. I don't think I will go two weeks like before but I am eatting a lunch everyday and juicing breakfast and dinner. I want to get down to 200 this summer. With the success and no side affects from last juicing experience I am excited to do it again. I shall keep ya posted on how it goes.

How will you avoid the side effects and what were they, as it sounds to me like anything that causes side effects that is something you can avoid, is something you should.
I didn't have any side affects. I mentioned it because people worry about the whole juicing thing and if its healthy or not. People would ask, do u feel tired are u full? Everything was fine and intact it gave me energy!
Gooooood morning! Today is the morning of day 3 of juicing. I weighed in at 220. I knew the weight loss would be slower this time since I'm eating a meal each day. Last time it was just full on juice and water. For those wondering about the food I'm eating and when, I just pick a time of day it varies so does the food. This morning was the meal of choice which really isn't a meal since it was just bread. Lol!
That was mistake actually regarding side efffects, I misinterpreted an earlier post as you sounding hopeful about no side effects. I just read that post again now and realise you were talking about not having had side effects before.
That's why I asked how you were going to avoid them. mistake, but err I'm human and no harm was done, so no apologies will be given
i got another awesome jog in today! as i was stretching, i couldnt get over how far i have come since this time last year. that i was in that weight loss class at the time. i never would of imagined self being here. idk what the distance is of this park i run unfortunately watch doesnt have a pedometer and the park doesnt have a map but i do know that a couple months ago when i did over 5 miles i was in shock! things are really paying off and i couldnt be happier. its funny how i run past people on the stairs now up to the 5th floor, when last year i was out of breath by the 3rd!
Also this morning,I was talking to mgr about weight loss and she started juicing and was asking questions. I showed her before and after pics and she couldn't believe it! She ran me over with phone to another girl in the office. She lost over 100 pounds herself! I also had another employee call me today ask me questions 4 advice. great start to the day.
so i'm going through all clothes and donating everything too big. check out this pic! this was the biggest piece of clothing i owned and was a size 24. i cant believe it!
There is a distance metre at the bottom, just below that monochrome compass, so if you used a ruler and attempted to measure the line as truthfully as you could, without getting so you took 6 hours trying to be precise, you'd get an approximate distance.
I do that sometimes on a google map when I'm judging distances I need to estimate.
It looks like in one of your pictures you have an iphone? If so, you can use the free RunKeeper app that tracks your mileage for you - that's what I do. It tells you your average pace, current pace, calories burned and mileage.

And exactly what do you have to keep it safe. A case for it and then its placed on your arm in an armband??
I don't have an I phone but I will look that up sound pretty cool. I keep phone in the goods when I run lol! Today I had a down moment. Even though I weighed in at 219 this am I just had a moment of sadness. I saw this post on fb about a hug and being lifted up and swung around. I never had that, I have missed so much growing up and wish I could of had the high school yrs ect. I know all I can do is look fwd but how much longer is this going to take? I want so badly to get the most out of life and not have weight be an issue. I want to go sky diving and bungee jumping but I still exceed the limit. I'm so sick and tired of feeling hopeless. I'm sure I will get out of this funk but it just hit me today.

I feel kind of that same way. I had different circumstances than you and i didn't sturggle with weight at your age but i did struggle. i wish i could do over a lot of earlier life! But that's just the way life goes. You take the good with the bad. The weight does hold you back believe me i know that. But just look at the positive you are young and can take control of this now!! You've done so well so far just keep plugging away. It will come!! just stay focused!
FYI i found where you said lynne about runkeepr thatyou have an otter box and a armband in jocelyn's journal. about question earlier.
