Boy do they ever! Wow, I just did a 3.5 walk/run with Stewie (he is in Heaven this weekend  ) and feet feel awesome!! What a differnce these shoes made, I can even tell I am not rolling feet out as much - although I still do some. I think these will help tremendously with knee - at least I am hopeful! This time I ran about 1/2 mile (maybe a tad bit over). IT FELT SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOD :D I can't believe how much I have missed running, and I don't think I really even realized it until I started again.

I need to get back into DVDs and weights, but I am struggling to get going again. But I figure this is a start, at least I am moving again.

If your Ankle rolls inwards you're pronating and if it rolls outwards you're supinating. some peoples ankles don't really do that at all, which means they're neutrals for want of a better term.

Then I am definitely a supinator - not sure if that is the correct term, it sounds like a Comic Hero or something

I have had a terrible cold the last couple of days :x (Becky, I am going to blame you   ) Anyway, no workout for two days. I am feeling a bit better today as long as I keep up with cold meds, but I can feel it getting to chest now, so I hope it doesn't get worse before it gets better.

It is around 60 degrees today (possibly warmer) and complete sunshine. Oh, how I wish I could be out there! I may attempt a walk/run tonight, but if I am not feeling better, I may keep it to a short walk, just to get out for some fresh air!

Still sick :( It has been a struggle to work - I may end up leaving this afternoon if I am not feeling better. I am guessing I just wore myself ragged over the last month or so and then when things slowed down for me body caught up. Oh, well, I am just glad spring is on the way and the temps are warming up :D
