Rick and I are looking for a destination New Years Eve Event. Happened to come across Australia events and it sounds like you guys do it right! Course $$$ could nix the idea, but you never know, we'd be bringing a few couples...any suggestions?

Snatch Grip Deads 5 x 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 @ 40, 50, 60, 70, 80kgs - easy except i do deads off a mid shin pin and i kept jamming fingers under the pins with the wider grip
followed up with
Deads 3 x 1 @ 100, 125kgs and tries for 150kgs but got to just above knees and grip gave out so a missed lift
dynamic lunge 3 x 6 @ 50kgs
bb hip thrust 4 x 5 @ 40kgs
paied with up and down pallof press 3 x 8 @ 100pd
haven't trained today yet
we get new yrs first so you could do it here and if you're up for a few plane trips you can follow it around the world ending back at home again
