Are you taking some time off? Nothing for 2 days ?

Rick and I are looking for a destination New Years Eve Event. Happened to come across Australia events and it sounds like you guys do it right! Course $$$ could nix the idea, but you never know, we'd be bringing a few couples...any suggestions?

only 1 day off

mon

lateral line hops 5 x 10secs

low barrier on/off jumps 4 x 10secs

Snatch Grip Deads 5 x 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 @ 40, 50, 60, 70, 80kgs - easy except i do deads off a mid shin pin and i kept jamming fingers under the pins with the wider grip

followed up with

Deads 3 x 1 @ 100, 125kgs and tries for 150kgs but got to just above knees and grip gave out so a missed lift

dynamic lunge 3 x 6 @ 50kgs

bb hip thrust 4 x 5 @ 40kgs

paied with up and down pallof press 3 x 8 @ 100pd

haven't trained today yet

we get new yrs first so you could do it here and if you're up for a few plane trips you can follow it around the world ending back at home again

nothing beats melbourne really in australia for mine

close grip bench press 5 x 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 @ 40, 60, 70, 80, 90kgs

db bench press 3 x 6 @ 35.5kgs

paired with db chest supported rows 3 x 6 @ 35.5kgs

single arm push press 2 x 6 @ 30kgs

paired with

ring single arm power pull 2 x 8

All hotels are booked! Either that or they have blocked the rooms for the highest bidder. Guess I need to make appointment with Australian PT another time! :)

we had grand final day for our footy yesturdauy so trained mon/tue/thu/fri this week
