Thanks guys (and thanks for the link, Becky!). Lynne, I am so sorry to hear you had to go through that, I can't even imagine what it was like.
I have had a couple of very unproductive weeks. For a week and a half I pretty much lived at sister's house - I came home to sleep for 5 hours a night and then work, then straight back to her house. It took a whole week after she found out about the miscarriage (which had happened two weeks prior, so three weeks total) for her body to get the baby out (and only after being induced). She has had a horrific two weeks so I couldn't leave her. She started falling into a depression and her husband didn't know how to handle it so I did what I could. She is doing much better now, both physically and emotionally.
Then on Monday I got a cold again. I am so sick of being sick I could scream. I had a cold mid-December that lasted forever. Then I was healthy for a few days before I got the flu, which took over a week to completely recover from, then I got another cold a week later. I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!! I think it is pretty much over now, thank goodness! Now I am hoping I stay healthy!
On top of all of this I lost internet connection for the last 3 days - GRRRRRRR

I finally got it back today

Not sure how, it just started working again.
All in all it has been a rough few weeks. Now I am leaving town this weekend so I am going to get back on track with food and exercise on Sunday when I get home! I will still try to eat healthy this weekend but I have to take both of neices to movies this weekend (birthday presents, they each go separately with me even if they pick the same movie - LOL, stubborn girls

). I am a sucker for movie theater popcorn - I will try to avoid, but I am not making any promises
I am starting to get the itch to join a gym - I realized that if I join the cheap one close to house it is only $25/month ($300/year) and then I would be refunded $200 from health insurance. I am almost stupid not to join for $100 for an entire year! We'll see.
Hope everybody had a safe, healthy, and happy New Year
