Re: Fygle's road to mass gain
We've had unusually cold weather lately, as cold as 14F, now it's around 32. So yeah, you can forget mountain hikes, biking...and jogging unless you're hardcore like me. Cross country, slalom etc is popular now.

Re: Fygle's road to mass gain
I'm looking 14F with a 15 mph wind for tomorrow's run, but that's only 5 degrees cooler than yesterday's run. I really wish the temps in the 50s could have stuck around longer. The cold temps are really pleasant after the second mile and the body is heated up. The problem is getting past those firstFygle wrote:We've had unusually cold weather lately, as cold as 14F, now it's around 32. Edgar, sometimes local colleges will open their indoor tracks to the public at certain times, that might be an option for you too. I know they do here at least.

Like Fygle I would prefer to be hardcore and rough it outdoors.musculargirl wrote:Edgar, sometimes local colleges will open their indoor tracks to the public at certain times, that might be an option for you too. I know they do here at least.

Note: They had a show earlier today on public television featuring Norway. Beautiful country by what they showed.
