I had a .2 pound weight gain this week - I'll take it after how I ate this weekend, just glad it wasn't worse. It sure got me motivated, though
Today's menu:
Breakfast - Kashi GO-Lean with skim milk
Snack - cottage cheese with pepper
Lunch - natural peanut butter on 1 slice ww bread, carrots, grapes
Snack - 2 lf string cheese, 21 almonds
Dinner - grilled chicken, brown rice, steamed asparagus (YUM!)
I finally tried new yoga video tonight - wow, that was tough! I don't even think it is physically possible to do some of those moves

The people on the video must be really flexible dummies - they can't be real

I think I am going to be sore tomorrow

It wasn't as tough as other dvds (well, the poses were tough!) but I think it will do it once a week or so, I can really see how it will be beneficial.
1 1/2 year nephew was just diagnosed with whooping cough

I am still not better, I have a terrible cough, and sister thinks I should go get it checked out. It seems a bit better tonight, so I guess if it is bad again tomorrow I will go in - I have had this cough for 9 days now.
