Things to improve on... if I were you I would want to build more muscle. I would be focusing on high weights and lower reps. It seems like you really want to build up your biceps? If i were you I would definitely do some pullups. Do them til they get easy (this will take months) then add weight and keep on doing them. These truly will help immensly.

Don't sweat the beer and food you ate last night. Your human and deserve a treat now and again.
Well, im not too bothered about building biceps, as long as there biggish and a good size and you can't see the fat on them. Same with stomach, pecs is want i want mainly, however doesn't seem to be working too well, i will try pull ups when i do weight sessions but seriously i can only do like 3 and it's pretty bad where i can do hardly any. Im not too comfortable with chest and would like it to look better (hense wanting pecs)

Updated above and will carry on to

Martin your diet has been awesome lately!

For the pecs... keep up with the bench press and you'll get there. Are you doing pushups too? Incline, decline, and close grip pushups are all great for pecs and arms.

Ok I'm going to come completely clean here on the pullups... 6 months ago I couldn't do 1 pullup. NOT ONE!.. I could do maybe a half of one. It was so embarassing to not even be able to do one. I would tell people and they would be amazed because I'm not weak... most of the lifts I do are quite heavy.. but for some reason couldn't do a damn pullup. So I bought a pull up bar that hangs on the door frame and every time i walked by I would just do one.... then eventually I would do 2... and so on. I realize that they suck, however THEY WILL HELP IMMENSLY! I promise you. If you can only do 3 then do as many sets of 3 as you can do... when you get tired and can only do two then do as many sets of two as you can do... These will make you stronger and will help immensly. Its not a good idea to build up your chest without also building up your back.. you don't want to create imbalances or you'll mess up your posture and set yourself up for injury. Then all your hard work really will be for nothing as you'd have to take time off to heal. I guess think about the pullups like college... You go to college so you can learn and better yourself. Would you NOT go to class because you don't know the stuff that they are teaching? No... you go to class so that you CAN learn the stuff. With pullups not doing them simply because you can't do very many is silly. You must do them so you CAN get better at them... practicing them is the only way that you are going to get better and stronger. Not sure if thats the best analogy... but hopefully you get the idea.

Again, your diet has been really great lately!

Thanks Cassie, i do understand the term uve used using college as an example and i will defintely give them more of a try, for now i just done cardio on the stationary bike, just 20-21mins though. I did 1min fast cycling then slow cycling (mainly a breather) then so on until 20minutes was up, i hope this is what you ment? However i am glad with some of the results so far but there is still some fat on body and im not sure if there is different types of fat but the fat i got looks horrible even though im not obese or anything. For example at the top of legs there kinda skinny and when they go down there gets more fat on them that you can pinch and grab. And shoulder blades still stick out, so i guess if i keep trying the pull ups hopefully they will help, push ups i usually do daily and something around 4 sets of 10 or so sometimes up to 15.

About the pecs, where there's tissue around chest and im sure in everyones? And i had liposuction as i had a bit too much around that area, is it possible for me to get pecs? Do i need to lose fat around that area, or will they eventually just show out.

And as your honist opinion what do you think of chest because ive always been cautious of it, please be honist as i won't take disrespect from a comment you think will be bad at all, i can take whatever you'll say, if it's terrible please say it, it won't bother me and get me upset, if it's good then good :D

Thanks again and i will continue to update!

Martin I think your chest looks just fine. Yes, you can build up muscle after having the lipo. Keep in mind that muscle and fat are two totally different things and as far as I know the lipo would have no effect on your ability to build your pecs (however do keep in mind that i'm not a doctor). I don't think you need to lose fat in your pecs. I think you need to keep putting on muscle and things will balance out.

For your legs... just keep doing those squats, lunges, deadlifts, and step ups. You didn't post any leg pics. If you post some I would be happy to tell you if i think your legs are fat. I'm going to tell you in advance though... looking at the rest of your body I highly doubt you have fat legs.

Great job on the cardio! I think switching it up well definitely help you to see more results.

Yes, keep up the pullups. This will build your back muscles so you have muscle back there instead of boney shoulder blades sticking out.

Great job friend. I'm proud of ya!

Why are you feeling down today Martin? Everything ok?.. or just having one of those days?

PS: You forgot your pullups. Next time take out the curls and add pullups.

Gosh Martin that kind of breaks heart a little bit. You shouldn't hate yourself! You're a wonderful, smart, motivated, determined, hard working young man! Send me a message if you need to chat. I'm a good listener. ;)

Diet looks great!

Yeah take today off and workout tomorrow if you're overly tired. Its important to listen to your body... if you're overly tired pushing through a workout isn't going to do you much good.

Keep your chin up friend! And keep me in mind if you need somebody to chat with.

Cassie

Still not too great Cas, hopefully it'll pass, updated above.

Also, as for the weight training tomorow, not sure what to do as you say do pull ups instead, however will i get bigger muscles like this, how many sets etc. And i find them hard because where i need alot of rest between doing them and it's on a door, im sort of standing around waiting for breath back getting bored, where if im outside i can sit down or just relax to music or wateva when doing weights, if that makes sense so isn't as bad.

Pullups... Yes you will get stronger doing these and they will help your arms/back to become more muscular if you stick with them. Between sets... you could do your squats, deadlifts, lunges, step ups, bench press, pushups, or even abs while recovering from pullups. This is what I do. This way you keep your heart rate up and get your workout overwith faster.
