Or if you feel you biceps are too big, you can cut back on the biceps work.

As a rule heavier lifting will promote more muscle growth (and it will be longer lasting) than lighter lifting.

This reminded me of when I was in college. In mind all I could think was more work= bigger muscles. If you are on steroids or hundreds of dollars worth of supplements then this may work. I am 100% all natural bodybuilder and have seen more gains with doing less work then what I did in college. Our bodies naturally can only handle so much wear and tear. Thats why there are supplements to take over where are bodies are lacking. I say all that to say these are the things I did to pack on solid lean mass naturally.
1) Power Lifts (excellent overall full body blaster that is gauranteed to pack on muscle.
2) Train legs heavier and harder (more growth hormones are released when legs are trained then any other muscle group.
3) Eat and sleep like a king (your body needs nutrients to fuel your recovery and sleep to make it all happen)
