Nah… if you were overweight… you won’t get as much support either… at least not where I’m from!
They will keep talking shit and tell you NOT to eat because you’re FAT!

Remember you’re doing this for yourself… and if no one support you.
Do find people that will… (Hello… here we are! :D )

I find nothing wrong with wanting to have a super fly body...
Although you look great… but you have goals and no one will understands that!

I used the "eating clean" thing with wife last night to avoid an in law dinner.

I simply told her i did not want to diss the relatives food choices at their house so I'll just avoid their dirty lil meal! Stay home make own talapia salad.

I'd say over half the in laws are overweight and have some medical issues like diabetes, which I'm trying to avoid with lifestyle morphing.

I felt if I gave in on one occasion the next would be easier and the next next ....

I mean who don't like gravy and potatoes? Much like drugs and drink I will just do best to avoid the situations that would lead me near the offending substances.

After all, they have food Get together like every three weeks celebrating this or that. I need all the excuses I can muster to avoid at least a few of them and "dirty food" is latest.

Thanks for the support Nokie. It's good to know that I'm not the only one who struggles with it.

Yeah, I'm totally happy with body, but I think that I am so close to having ideal body that I have no excuse to be lazy. I don't have months of intense weightloss ahead. I'm actually at the toughest part where body wants to hang onto the fat it still has. :x It's going to take dedication to get body off this plateau.

SPeaking of which, I should go eat breakfast! :wink:
