I actually have a question about being able to lift your own body weight. So I weigh 196 now (finally under 200!), but I can squat / bench 210. What is that saying exactly? I'm assuming that's good right?

today in the gym i tried squating 155.
the first set i did was 105, 10reps
the second i did was 125, 10reps
the third was 155, 6 reps, then 8, then 6
i think that has been a big improvment for me after sitting on lazy butt over the march break!
