Thanks Lynne, and Joc...it really bothered me how many people have that little hope, that they just want to end their life.

I'm WAY less shy on the computer.... :) its way easier for me to be open. Put me in a crowd, especially around loud people, and you wouldn't even notice I was there, I don't like to be the center of attention. I don't like have a group of guys I go out with, I'm more apt to be alone, with the boys, and/or with HOT chick........ :mrgreen:

....I do appreciate you both saying that, as I see most men with no emotion, I'm just too passionate, like if something gets to me, it REALLY gets to me.

A cause is good, as long as it's lawful and expressed in the right way.

If you can express yourself on a generally accepted topic, without using offputting behviour, then you can potentially educate people.

Even one person is better than none :).

Sun. 4-11-10

Three verrrrry intense VB games, ahhh wasn't real happy with the outcome, but think I reached V02 max a few times. Going to count it as an HIIT day.... :D One more game in the regular season, then play-offs.

Awwww......your so sweet :wink: (but I won't tell....promise, our lil secret) I shall post with pride, and consider it a privilege, not to be taken litely....and Madam Esquire, if I should ever post anything inappropriate, I shall volunteer to be tied to the nearest tree, and receive the appropriate number of lashes, as determined by Les, Esquire <on one knee, head lowered>

Ahhhh....forgot to weigh this morning. Off day, as I'm really sore from the VB games yesterday, and right knee is barely functioning, oh the joys of jumping, even with a patella support. Had a nice rib-eye on the grill for supper...... :D (Les... 8) ) Tomorrow is a new day.

Nah, I wasn't feeling well so the soup was all stomach could handle - I think I am getting the flu :( Although I feel better already today :)

bummer dude....you gotta tell "feeling crummy" to leave you alone for awhile, it's gettin in the way of your workin' out......hope ur feeling better...time for some Fla. Sunshine.... 8)

Tues. 4-13-10

Weight--190.6

Exercises done as Supersets, with 60 sec. rest between sets.

Incline Bench--12x95, 115/12,12,12
Wide Grip Seated Row--12x70, 12x90, 12x100, 12x105

Mil. Press--65/12,12,12
Chin-ups--BW/6,5,4

Deads--12x135, 205/5,5,5
Step-ups--60/12,12,12

Done in that order, back didn't like the deads, but did them at the end, as I'm changing the order everytime. Normally, I do them first.....maybe that why.

Cardio: Ended up going to open gym, and playing VB from 6-8pm, so double-workout today. Knee didn't appreciate it, but iced it when I got home, and feeling decent, I jumped and hit alot from back row. Weight at end of day--190.8

Be careful with that knee! But VB sounds like fun, I haven't played in years...

Wed. 4-14-10

Weight--189.0

I hope I look better than I did last time I saw 189, seems like going backwards to lose weight, as I'm trying to GAIN muscle, but time will tell.

Yuh, we have a blast at VB, I have exercises the PT gave me for the knee, stretching the tendons up the side of leg, that tend to stay tight alot pulling knee out of alignment, and knee cap mobilization stretches, I will start doing them again, it usually clear up, if I do them. I wanna be ready for Sunday, last regular season game, then into playoffs the week after.....whoooppeeee. Then on to beach....maybe..... :mrgreen:
