I know it has been ages since I posted. I don't know if anyone reads this anymore?
I just wanted to update you guys on how I am doing and wha I'm up to.
- I have been very consistent with exercise, with doing 4-body part split workout routine which has been working wonderfully for me.
- I don't know how much I gained/lost in the past 6-7 weeks as of yet. I'm planning to go for a screening sometimes next wee after I've had a day rest at least.
- I'm definitely A LOT more musclar than I was a while back - people at the gym keep complimenting me, saying I look too thin, too sexy, they want body..it's almost creepy!
(edit: I EVEN GOT A MARRIAGE PROPOSAL, LOL) I still have e /hips you know - & I have accepted I'm your average jane who loves food right now, I'm not willing to give up ice cream of macdonalds ( yes I still eat those and I weigh 51.5kgs now.)
- eatin habits are O.K. Not as good as when I started, but consistent, hence the weight maintenance/slight gain/loss. Nothing major to scare me out into a frenzy (am i even using that in the right context?) anyway..
- Progess: I can
bench ALMOST 40kgs, ON OWN, no spotter or trainer. Yes, I know..bad bad bad. I can
Deadlift 55kgs, I am hoping to increase that soon. I squat with the same weight, 50 kgs - not safe to do any more anyway, no trainer, no smith machine....I
can do 1-3 chin ups at a time, or can do 6 or so when I stand on a step pull myself up, go down, stand and pull myself up again (little cheating, very minor!) But back is a BEAST. Well not like a bodybuilder...but a beast
- I am truly thinking about taking ONE WEEK OFF training, completely and be vegetable.
Did you kow in 23 days I would have excersied and kept up for ONE YEAR? since I started this journey..I'm so proud of myself. During those 11 months, I had like a couple of times only ...3 days off at a time...but I think I might need at least 5 days off training...and 2 days with light cardio/boxing...what do you guys thinks? Should I go for it? Or am I going to be doing myself wrong?
- There is a lot of yada yada on school & work, not worth a mention at the moment..
