I'm feeling good Cassie, however starting to feel hungry at night is making me feel a little strange and being worried bout eating is not good where im hungry and it's at night, but yeah il defintely get a picture up soon, haven't had chance todaycassiegose wrote:Meals look good. Having a beer every now and then won't hurt you too much... its when you start doing it on a regular basis that you'll really set yourself back.
You're doing awesome Martin! How are you feeling in term of progress?
cassiegose wrote:If you're hungry at night go ahead and eat. I just make sure i'm careful about what i'm eating. I try not to have too many carbs at night and instead load up on protein and veggies. You shouldn't have to go hungry, just be careful of your food choices at night and you'll be fine.

As for your question if thats a lot of weight... its a decent amount of weight.. its about 67 lbs (I'm sorry brain only thinks in terms of lbs lol!)... I'm assuming thats not including the bar? It really honestly depends on the person who is lifting the weight so the question of whether its a lot of weight is kind of hard to answer. It sounds like you are definitely making progress and doing truly awesome.. I'm SO proud of you!
As for the beans... actually those are loaded with fiber and protein so are a great choice. Having them with bread however is not the best choice as again I would cut back on bread. I would have had then with veggies or something else.... however this meal is MUCH better than the Chinese takeout so ulimately you did make a good choice by skipping the takeout and opting for this instead. Again, great job!
To be honest... eating things like donuts and fried chicken bites really aren't going to get you any closer to meeting your goals.MartinBoy wrote:Day 92
Breakfast - 4 boiled eggs and a glass of milk.
Lunch - tuna sandwich with sweetcorn onions and tomatoes.
Protein shake.
Day off today by the way.
Dinner - Admiral pie - 342 Calories. Incase your unsure of what it is it's mash, cheese and fish in a pieAround 15g protein i belive.
Sprinkled donut mum brought back from bakers - will this hurt!!?!
Friends went burger king i was hungry so ordered 14 chicken bites, 14 chicken balls really.
And 1 can of cider?
Hopefully this wont affect me!?!?
