I Don't really like cottage cheese, what about low fat cheese.

Day 90

Breakfast - protein shake and 3 wheatabix with milk.

54min Stat bike cardio.

4 Boiled eggs for lunch with 2 slices of toast with peanut butter.

Also watched this video, perhaps i could do this on stationary bike? Or would i be best carrying on as i am.

Dinner - jacket potato x 2 with meatballs and prawns.

Have eaten 2 oreo biscuits today though

Also, going out tonight, haven't been out in a month in terms of drinking and all so may have a can or 2 tonight, hopefully won't impact me as much as i haven't done it for at least 3 weeks.

Meals look good. Having a beer every now and then won't hurt you too much... its when you start doing it on a regular basis that you'll really set yourself back.

You're doing awesome Martin! How are you feeling in term of progress?

If you're hungry at night go ahead and eat. I just make sure i'm careful about what i'm eating. I try not to have too many carbs at night and instead load up on protein and veggies. You shouldn't have to go hungry, just be careful of your food choices at night and you'll be fine. :D

Thanks :D Didn't go out for a drink last night.

Day 91

Breakfast - even though it was late - protein shake and 3 wheatabix with milk.

Lunch - 2 slices of toast with peanut butter and a can of tuna.

Did weights lasted for around 50mins, however possibly none of that time was doing weights, i put 4 x 4.5kg weights on bench press without included barbell weight possibly 20kg? And did 3 sets of 10 reps of curls and reverse curls. 2 sets of 20 reps of squating.

And about 8-9 sets of benching with max weight i could fit on there what i have which is around 30.6kg without included weight. Is this alot of weight? I did reps of 10 however i noticed when i got to the 7th and 8th set only managed about 7-8 reps as i was getting tired. The session also lasted so long because i needed to have at least 1minute breaks to rest because i didn't on set 7 and almost dropped the weight on me! Kinda scary. Also i now know it wasn't the protein powder making me feel sick, it was the weights because i now feel sick as i did when i thought it was the protein powder and i had that this morning.

Ok DINNER - Chinese takeaway, started to eat this as i haven't had a cheat meal for a while, however i must of ate perhaps a 1/3 of the plate and just thought, i don't even want this, and thought about me working on the bench earlier. So i stopped eating it and put it in the oven, il do something later instead like spaghetti on toast or whatever.

Had can of beans on toast instead with 2 slices of toast. 21g protein from beans but something like 68g carbs? :S

You're meals are looking awesome Martin!

As for your question if thats a lot of weight... its a decent amount of weight.. its about 67 lbs (I'm sorry brain only thinks in terms of lbs lol!)... I'm assuming thats not including the bar? It really honestly depends on the person who is lifting the weight so the question of whether its a lot of weight is kind of hard to answer. It sounds like you are definitely making progress and doing truly awesome.. I'm SO proud of you!

As for the beans... actually those are loaded with fiber and protein so are a great choice. Having them with bread however is not the best choice as again I would cut back on bread. I would have had then with veggies or something else.... however this meal is MUCH better than the Chinese takeout so ulimately you did make a good choice by skipping the takeout and opting for this instead. Again, great job!

To be honest... eating things like donuts and fried chicken bites really aren't going to get you any closer to meeting your goals.

True, however at least the chicken would of had some protein? Donut have like once a month if that. !
