I placed the 10 lb plate on abs and press upwards with the extra resistance. This was a first for me, there was a plate laying around (someone left 3 plates by the mats) and I had seen others do it so what the heck, figured I'd try it!. Plus they would double up as a Bird Poo helmet, so doublely useful.
