I guess I was confused because I thought each week we were to see progression and then start over - this way you go back and forth within the week - maybe that works for you because you are a runner and way ahead of the game

That's great! If you put a stick through the handles maybe you can do some BB rows? I would think holding them with your hands might be a bit clumsy.
