+Bent row: 3x9 (51kg)

Breathtaking! Absolutely beautiful. I can't imagine living somewhere where I could see this kind of view, be able to walk, touch and feel the air, the rocks, the terrain - awesome is too small a word!

Re: Fygle's road to mass gain
Glad you like it

Thanks, it's about 30 miles from city. We have a lot of mountains in the area, much to choose from.

That's a funny picture on your profile. It looks like you've got a modified two person canoe and you're adopting the "share a bath" approach, with the other person.
So she's in one end and by the look of you you're saying, "I'll get in this end than shall I".
Every time I hear of guys doing the two in a bath thing, the guy always gets stuck with the tap end

Re: Fygle's road to mass gain
I had actually just been in the water. She was doing a "buddy rescue" so I could climb back into the kayak. It was first and last capsize
From facial expression and body language you'd think I had a tap in back, though

Yes, now you say that, you do look like you got something constantly niggling at you and you can't work out what it is

What an awesome weekend! Music festival friday and saturday with Suede, Kelis etc, too much alcohol, brilliant weather and beautiful people. I'm tired. Tomorrow back in the groove!
