Thurs. 4-1-10......HAHAHAHA....APRIL FOOL'S DAY....

Off today--15 hour work day. Trying to iron out diet, due to changes I've made. Filled out fitracker yesterday, and I think everything is included. Came in at 2381, which is 570 below maintenance calories. Need to pick it up some.......... :)

 .......hehe....who...me?

Good call though. I'm all done with those, but did have ONE girl scout cookie.....shame, shame...appetite just hasn't adjusted yet, but it will soon, I'm confident. I want to run at a little deficit on calories to slim down, but not that much. I had 1/2 cup of unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts in lunchbox, that I hadn't planned to eat, but got hungry so did. It really throws of fat % when I eat them, its crazy by how much. I didn't put any in today, so I'm afraid cal. will be even lower. I'll have to go home, and eat a whole chicken or something.....

Just remember that the fat in peanuts is healthy fat, just as long as you don't go overboard on them! It took me a long time to let that sink into brain, I was always afraid to eat them - now I eat 14 almonds every day :)

Yuh, the container I use is like 2/3 of a cup so it adds up fast. I always chuckle when I read like 14 almonds, as someone has counted out a specific number, and I eat them by the handful, well not right now, but I did yesterday, until the 2/3 cup was gone. always amazes me how much the fat jumps, like I'll be at 12% for the day, eat the peanuts, and I'm at 22%......... Then I feel like a chubba. I guess I assume if its fat, it'll be stored as fat, but thats not necessarily true, it could be burnt for energy. This is probably the wrong way to look at it, but if I want bf% to be below 15, I need to keep diet below 15%.

sugar is sugar

honey is sugar (and botulism)

LMAO......you crack me up, so your saying fat isn't fat, but sugar is fat. Both sugar (real fat) and fat (fake fat) get broken down, then stored or used, and honey is sugar, so essentially honey is fat, and botulism, which must also be fat, and just sounds like a disease, or a rotted piece of meat...........

Keep me straight Les, keep me straight....I wanna be lean...beach Volleyball is coming, and I wanna have the best bod on the sand......

I took a pick at your meals (you knew I would... ) your carbs seemed a little high, but I don't know exactly what you are shooting for. It probably was the thin mint... just kidding. But it did remind me to start tracking own again. Hadnt used that tool in a long time, I was surprised to find calories were only a little over 1300 for the day  And i was feeling like I ate too much! When i first started here I used it everyday...then I thought I was a big shot, and had it all figured out...clearly I have been delusional -
And now I'm craving Thin Mints....thanks! 8)

hehe....I hadn't used it for awhile, similar to what you had once said, when I hassled you about not filling it out, basically eating the same thing everyday, for the most part, and you give things time to settle in. Yuh, I've got to get more protein (and less honey...oh I mean fat...... ) Basically I was trying to gain, but starting last thursday I want to cut some weight, to be HOT  for the Summer. I'm not really showing the muscle I've built as well as I want to. Giving up snackies, and switching the coffee additives up, or maybe eliminating them at some point is first step, but I haven't totally made up the calories I dumped when I threw some of the bad stuff out. May have to eliminate some bread sources, as I'm picking up carbs there.

you cook'n?

Yuh, gotta bump up the beef....wife can't cook steak for beans, and obviously I can't either. When she does, I've got three hungry lil buggers right there with me, so it disapears quick. Our house is fulllllll of carbs ie. bread, cookies, pop-tarts...............WHERE'S THE BEEF
