Wow, I think I followed you, but a little confused. I know the recommended way of eating is 6 meals a day. I work at a place where between 10am and 4pm, I'm lucky to be able to get a chance to grab something to eat. I have to be discreet as I work at a food establishment and can't eat in while working so for me to grab a quick yogurt and apple is something I can do on the downlow. I don't see how I could put another "meal" into that part of the day unless it would be a snack like a hard boiled egg or something.

I guess I'm confused as to: If I don't have the ability to be consistant in working out....why do you recommend for the calorie increase? What are carb free nuts? and is Tofu a good substitute for protien choice? I feel like I can only eat so much fish, and chicken before I'm worn out of those choices. I've used cottage cheese and eggs but what other sources would you recommend?

BTW, thanks for all your input. I really appreciate it.

(Still do the calorie increase anyway, when you don't workout, but when you finally get to around 2,100-2,200 workout amount, take a bit out of the non-workout days, so cut snack meals by 100 calories a meal.)

What are carb free nuts?

(Most Nuts are Carb free except for Cashews, Coconut and I think Grapenuts too. So anything like Walnuts, Almonds, Brazils, Hazelnuts, Macadamias etc etc)

and is Tofu a good substitute for protien choice?

(Yes, it's also full of healthy fat and Cancer fighting Phyto-oestrogens.)

I feel like I can only eat so much fish, and chicken before I'm worn out of those choices. I've used cottage cheese and eggs but what other sources would you recommend?

(Low Fat Cheese, Peanuts, Turkey, Ham, Lean Beef.)

As far as diet goes eat the foods you like just make sure you have a calorie deficit and as as far as exercise goes get a skipping rope (jump rope) 5 minutes here and there it all adds up. Since you are in a calorie deficit any excercise is a bonus, so little and often is better than none at all.
