Muscle endurance
Hi,
Looking at the anatomy and kinesiology of female athletes, females muscle have high fat content than muscles. In this case, the process of exercising has to start with burning of this fat- which can be done best through working out with light weight but with many repetitions. This will allow for the burn of fat and give space for muscle growth.
Generally any good power- lifter normally train using light weights.
Try this and i a sure you the best results in your endeavor!

You should use the straps only when you actually need them and not for the lighter weights. If you become completely dependent on the straps you will never develop a strong grip.ldematto wrote:Pretty simple - I'll pick some up! I can't wait to see what difference it'll make.
So use a conventional grip on the lightest weights; use a over/under grip with heavier weights; and use the straps when the weight is too heavy for your gripping strength.
Watch out for tendinitis. If you feel pain in the elbow when pulling with the pinkie or ring finger then that is tendinitis from dead lifts, rows or pull downs. If you get this tendinitis then revert to using the straps full time until the tendinitis has gone away.

Hi Guys! I'm up to 140 lbs on deads! Still using the alternate grip (over/under) no straps yet. long term goal is 1.5X weight as Swanso says I should be able to do, but shorter term I'm hoping to lift weight - should be pretty soon as long as I start to lose a few pounds, meet in the middle somewhere.
I LOVE doing dead lifts!

In April (your first post in this thread) you were dead lifting 40 pounds. Pretty amazing ain't it?ldematto wrote:Hi Guys! I'm up to 140 lbs on deads!
