- no it wouldn't..you're metabolism is already raised so it may be overkill
- incrrease to the smallest loading you can and go for 6 again...you should be increasing wt for each exercise that you can do the proscribed reps for..the worse thing you can do is to do the same thing twice
- your arms will get stronger simply by doing the front squats, deads etc
- yes wait until lefty catches up....maybe try alternate curls/presses which work better for single arm/leg deficencies
- the rows/push ups are fine just get at least 1 extra rep each set the next session until you eventually reach 3 x 12 or wjatever it says
- with burpees again just do1 extra rep/set/workout
- sounds good...only hit the scale once a week at most...you'll probably gain muscle and lose fat at the same time so don't expect a wt drop for a while...you shouldmsee fat loss in the mirror and by how your clothes fot though soon ebough
