Thanks Cassie, younger brother who is 14 is just under height, now ive noticed im a little taller than him, possibly growth spurt is leading to this constant hungar? :D :D I just hope that i don't put on fat, basically if i continue to eat routine, and get hungry just snack on stuff that i would normally, but doing that depending on how hungry i get could led to me eating over 2000 calories and putting on weight leading to hardwork to be wasted?

What are your thoughts on this, i mean i know your not a doctor but has this occured before with anyone you know of? Is this diet releated? I mean i just don't see what it could be apart from worms or growth spurt? However ive took the medicine for worms so doubt it's that.

I will make sure i speak with mate about the bench press this week and try to purchase that off of him 8)

Thanks again Cassie!

Hi Martin,

It could be a growth spurt... it could be that you're body is simply saying that you need to eat more. I don't know much about worms. I wouldn't worry about gaining weight. I think you need to listen to your body... if youre honestly that hungry then you should eat. However, keep in mind, that some foods are going to fill you up more than other foods. Try to eat foods higher in fiber and lower in saturated fat and sugar. If you stick to things like eggs, lean meats, whole grain breads, oatmeal, whole grain cereals, veggies (in opinion you don't seem to eat enough of these), and fruits you shouldn't have to worry about gaining too much fat... in fact it might even help to put on some muscle. However,if youre eating cake, brownies, fast food, candy, and high fat choices then you could do some damage.

I would think so. It takes an extra 3500 calories to put on 1lb of fat. Stick to foods that will fill you up without adding a bunch of extra calories. Honestly Martin I think you can stand to go up to atleast 2500 calories a day so don't worry about eating too many. If you're hungry you should EAT!

Sounds good. I honestly just thing you were feeling hungry because you hadn't been eating enough or hadn't been eating enough of the right foods. :)

Wow, what a thread!!!! Cassie, you are an ANGEL and Martin, these things take time. Trust me, I know! I am going on fourth month of doing exactly what Cassie has advised. I have been seeing great results but at a slow and steady rate. Still a long way to go till I reach ideal. You will get there guaranteed with patience and discipline!!! Congrats on the progress you have made so far and good luck!!!

Many thanks to all of you :D

Day 62

Breakfast - did 3 eggs but one came out bad, been happenin alot lately, by this i mean watery, even though i was boiling it for about 8mins. So 2 eggs - 2 slices of toast with peanut butter and 1 prohobotic think that's the word yougurt. (75 calories)

Lunch - 2 slices of toast with peanut butter - can of tuna with a tiny bit of maynoese for taste.

Another prohibotic yougurt before doing 30mins weights.

Did push ups and chin ups before however i do for example 10 push ups then try to do as many chin ups as possible but i find it very hard to do 2. I did 8 on the last set (fourth) i find it does get easier as when i first start same as push ups, just doing push ups out of nothing is hard at first. Basically im finding it hard to do chin ups, i can always usually do 10 push ups though.

Weight training did for 30mins. However arms are bigger there is still some fat on them making them not look as musclely also fat on some areas like top of legs. bottom half of legs are fine, however above the kneecaps there is fat to grab and it doesn't look attractive at all. Ive always had this that i can remember, i know it takes time but after over 2 months would of thought most of the fat has gone? Even when i weigh myself im usually 11 stone (same weight) or just under.

Protein shake after.

Dinner - mash, mince meat, red kidney beans, onions, carrots, tinned tomatoes, peppers, greens. 2 slices of bread.

However think ive burnt tongue from eating the foods, this happens often when the foods hot, so probably will end up being hungry later.

Had a slice of bread.

Good job Martin.

For the eggs... try cooking them a little longer... maybe 10-12 minutes. That should take care of them not coming out right.

Meals look good! I'm glad to see all those veggies you ate with dinner.

For the pushups and pullups... they'll get easier the more you do them.

Keep up the good work friend. :)
