Sue, in regards to this workout, you might find it better to do the smaller muscles second, as you often get secondary stimulation from the smaller muscles when you do compound exercises, so direct work on small muscles before large muscle work, may slightly affect the larger muscle work and also you'll be doing the more tiring stuff near the end, when you're already less than fresh.whenlifewassimpler wrote:
