Athene :: Ah! I gotcha. I can try that, but considering I have to eat at the student center, that could be moderately difficult. :( I'll see what I can do. :)

Good to see you're trying to incorporate positive change into your day :).

Your eating habits are starting to look more like they should, which is a good thing. Be proud of yourself and don't stop seeing the merit in trying. You ARE worth it :).

Today was a BAD day. Not diet wise, I did pretty damn well there. But today, during bio class, I either fainted or had a minor seizure. I don't know. I'm panicky now because of it and I keep shaking and I still have a class to go to. If can make it through this, I'm good.

Hope your class went okay Jena. I'm certainly no expert on this kind of thing but I think you should go to a doctor to get it checked out. If you take meds for your bipolar is it possibly a side effect of the medication? Something to look into. Sending a hug your way. :) Try not to stress to much.. But definitely get it checked out. :)

Yes, you must get a checkup if this occurs again, because whatever happened you don't know if next time it could happen worse.

Rebekah :: Class went fine that night. :)

Nokie :: I'm feeling better, if things do get worse, I'll look into seeing a doctor. No promises though.

Boss :: Well, there is no MUST. Especially seeing as I can't afford to go to see a physician. I'm pushing things going to a psychologist. I'm pushing things really far. Also, if it happens again, it's going to happen whether I go to a doctor or not. They can't do anything about it if I don't know what happened...

They can do something about it if you tell them what you experienced. You don't know but a doctor might, that's why they are there sometimes and if they can potentially help you to deal with it and get it sorted, then it won't necessarily happen again.

You might not like the thought of a Doctor, but don't ever be someone that puts up with problems, like some people who appear on TV shows and say they let something continue to happen for years through fear and of Doctors and embarrassment.

You deserve good health and whatever has happened here if it happensd again, you MUST see a doctor, because if you don't know what it is, you don't know how bad it can get or how often it can happen, so they will be your only potential souce of good help.

I can't do doctors offices. I can't handle them unless I'm pretty well drugged and in pain. Otherwise I freak out, have anxiety attacks, and cry. I really hate physician's so much. And I don't know why.

By the way, update on diet and such, I've been working out and eating pretty much the same as usual, I just have been too lazy to write things down. Haha. Hopefully I'll get back into the swing of things here soon. I have been working out again though, and muscles are showing their disapproval by making me miserable for three days after each time.

Okay guys, I need some advice, roommate is overstepping boundaries, being highly inconsiderate and I don't know what to do. I'm too afraid to confront her, but the things she is doing are COMPLETELY annoying and uncalled for.

Also, "friend" Daryl made me listen to this song yesterday. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkshHySfRD8" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; It made me cry and get angry with him. I'm so mean sometimes.... :c
