Thank you soooooo much, Boss man!!! You always know how to make day! :) Well, I want to post the good and the "bad" to show people that we all go through ups and downs. Keeping the weight off is just as hard as losing it if not more! It's so easy to let yourself relax and get more lenient when you get to the point where you are happy. I just say "Oh, a couple cookies won't hurt" then maybe a bad meal or two then all of a sudden I am not packing lunches for work or preparing meals ahead of time leaving me in a pinch, which we all know is never a good thing. I give soooo much credit to Bonnie for really commiting to her diet!!! Her results are beyond awesome!! Is true life does get in the way. We moved into a bigger house and that did set us back some financially so I wasn't buying special food. We are catching up now so I think it's doable again. Yes, I set high standards for myself. Sometimes I have to remember I am not 25 anymore. :( It is very difficult to maintain such standards with a lifestyle like mine (family, full-time job) but I will sure try but not be too hard on myself for failings. Thank you again, Boss!! (((hugs)))

Fygle...thanks for the welcome back!! :) Is nice to know you are all here for me through no matter what!

Ohh welcome back girlfriend :) Your pics look good & you are looking more beautiful than ever. When I look at them in regards to fitness all I see is potential. It is good at least you recognize the patterns that get you into trouble. You need to remember there is only me eating diet. Not sure how things would go if sons were still involved in mealtimes. Id probably try & convert them to eating totally healthy just because it makes me feel so good inside & outside.Realistically however, I doubt a total healthy diet for children is even possible unless its started at birth & then there is still outside influences of friends eating habits. Now that I've completely wandered off ...I am glad you are back & if you need any help let me know :) ( HUGS )

Yeah it would be tough, if their friends are eating chips & junk food around them & they will stand out like a sore thumb, starting to understand why the country is obese, starts in childhood.I already know when I have some grandchildren one day I WONT be the favorite grandma because I wont have that in house.
