This country doesn't do that. Some people like McDonalds give brief info on packaging relating to things like Salt and Fat, but it's not mandatory.

However it is frequent on food labelling these days, although certain quarters are calling for listings on Fish and Shellfish products of heavy metal content, which currently is not a requirement of any kind legally or otherwise.

thank u everyone! well good news! i lost another 2 pounds! i've been pushing every day trying to burn 400 calories a day and eat between 1,800- 2,000 a day. sofar its working! i have to say i am very impressed with this ur shape game for the kinect. it does wonders! i save money on gas and bc its at home...i have no excuse but being lazy! so i have worked out everyday since the 26th. changing workouts from weight lifting to cardio to boxing. always something new. currently i am on the skinny jean workout it started with 12 sessions now i only have 3 left to go then i get to pick next program! i am so thankful to have this i was worried that not having gym membership any more i would be lost. turns out im actually doing better than i did at the gym! crazy how something different works on everyone.

another motivation i have... bfs friends are getting married in june. i have never been able to wear a dress bc of size. limbs are strong but waist and chest are another. im what u call the apple shape. i was so disappointed in myself this xmas bc when i was trying on some of older dress clothes i couldnt button them. granted i lost a cup size finely but waist wasnt as nice to me. it was a wake up call. u think the scale would of been but it wasnt.

if i keep this up by the end of the month it will be the longest i have ever stuck to something. im crossing fingers that i do. sofar its paying off. i watched the biggest loser last nite and one thing really stuck to me. bob was talking to the biggest guy outside of the ranch and and he said to him "dont think about how much u have to loose or how long it will take u, just worry about today and do what u can in all ur power today." that is something i will have to remember when i get bad days. bc sofar i dont regret anything since starting this on the 26th of december. i havent cheated which is odd for me bc i usually do at work. something in me maybe changing but i wont believe it until i do this for a whole month bc i always have this attitude right when i start but then i get scared im going to fail so i give up. right now im trying to face fear and not let it get me. took me a long time to realize why i kept falling back.

I watched The Biggest Loser last night too...the one thing that I remember was at the weigh in when the "unknown trainer" team was doing so well, one of the girls who had picked Bob and Jillian said something like "how can we match that? He lost a kindergartner!!" (refering to one of the guys who had lost 41 lbs.) I swear I laughed so hard I thought i was gonna fall out of chair!

lmao! i know. i couldnt imagine loosing that much weight in a week! i'm excited to see next weeks episode. some people out there dont like the show bc their weight loss isn't realistic, but what they loose sight of is watching these people over come what got them where they are today and how hard they push themselves. its a reminder that if someone who can hardly walk or tie their shoes in the morning can loose weight and push hard, so can i. its very heart felt. also i was laughin when at the begging when Jillian said she wasn't gonna yell and what bob kept saying afterwords was too funny. its like telling a lion not to roar. lol!

just realized i only have 8 more pounds to go to reach first mini goal! to reach 220. reward for it is a new hair cut, color and style! from that point every ten pounds i get a reward. bedroom door is crazy. i have a chart for goals with a typed reward next to each goal and a spot to put down the date for each goal achieved. then i have a sheet to highlight everyday i worked out and a chart on wall for the end of every month to draw a line where weight went. so i have a butt load of motivation! lol. so every day is a reminder what im workin so hard for. i cant wait for that damn hair cut! split ends are drivin me nuts! lol!

thank u! :D

yes i did see that last season when jillian had all the winners at her house. its sad. i do know where your coming from bc every time a contestant pours their heart out and comes to realization what happened to them to cause them to let go, they pushed harder and really began to feel better about themselves. its as though their path was finally lit for them to follow. i think mine is slowly appearing to me as well. i sure can't wait!

Yeah it's 'The Biggest Loser Australia' and 'The Biggest Loser UK'. Here's the link to the first episode of season 1 of TBL UK - it's favourite because of the trainer Angie Dowds.

If you end up getting into it let me know - I don't have anyone to talk to about it : )

i watched episode one today of the u.k bl. its diff. i dont want to sound mean but i had no idea that trainer was a woman at first. lol. i noticed that the woman dont have to take their shirts off for the weigh in. i like the house that they are in. the work out room looks really small tho. i bet it gets ridiculously hot in there. i will continue to watch it though it seems good.

Can I ask what happens to your body when you eat red meat ? Not to say I'm pro red meat, I only eat steak one meal per day.
