You have a relaxing Sunday, too, thanks, Sue!

Yup, that's the idea, Boss Man. Some tables have extra leaves that you take out and store behind the door in the guest bedroom till you need them. :)

Yay on the books, Bama! Hope you had fun with your friends!

I did strength training this morning, followed by a nice meditation with Oprah and Deepak. Then I wrote up grocery list, added essential oils to unscented eco-friendly laundry soap, caught up on email, etc. Not sure what I'm going to do with the rest of the day. It's sunny and 41 degrees so our latest snow is slowly melting. :sunshine:

Have a great day, everyone~

Good Afternoon Sisters,

And Thank you Mo for explaining what a table leaf is . Kitchen table has two that you can insert . It is hard to find a nice one now or at least I can't find one for the Ohio house that I like. So trying to figure out how to take this one with me . It's from the seventies but i don't care since I still like it .

No workout for me yesterday and so far none today . I am thinking I should do something this afternoon and maybe I will and maybe I won't LOL.

Chicken and noodles for Sunday dinner with a veggie . Not sure what yet . Made some Beet eggs ( purple eggs) so we have plenty to eat today .

Raining here so I am either going to do a workout or cuddle up with a book. Sue, I still have the last Sisterhood to read so today looks to be a good day for that .

Enjoy your Sunday.

Hi sisters,

Thanks Molasses, and great workout today. I see you had a busy and productive Sunday. List making for us tomorrow for our trip Wednesday.

Bama, I'd opt for no workout, as remember Sunday is a day of rest....dinner sounds yummy and it's raining, so a nice day in the chair or couch with a cup of tea and a good book, which we both know the "Sisterhood" books are....sounds like the right option to me LOL

Chris, hope you are having a nice Sunday also with some "me time" for yourself.

I am off to get some ice tea, do more catch up and check mail and answer that.....then off to play some games,

Have a wonderful evening

Good Morning Gals,
Well I too was quite lazy on the weekend. So I will have to make up for it this week. There are no weights in near future as right arm tendons have not calmed down enough. So the weights will go on hold until further notice. Guess I will play it by ear. As you know I have lots to choose from. Mom has gotten a bit worse. She has pneumonia. Another sister will be with her this week. From there we play it by ear for that as well. She is not in the hospital (that I know of) and they upped her meds. This time of year is hard on her. :( I will do best to keep spirits up and stay well so I can help as needed. Dad is through 4 weeks of 5 and a half weeks of treatments. Gets a bit dehydrated but is trying.
Enough about me.
Bama great start to the week!!
Sue sounds like a good me day for you. Good luck with your list.
Good workout and meditation for you FitMo! We will be following you back to warm temps later this week but not today! :chilly:
Later Gators!

Good morning, Sweat Sisters,

Cardio for me this morning--18 min. on TM of MIIT (med intensity intervals), listening to some music from the 70s. :D

Bummer on the arm, Chris; hope you heal quickly! Glad to hear your dad is doing well, but sorry to hear your mom has pneumonia. Sending prayers and healing thoughts for you and your family.

Yay on the strength training this morning, Bama!

Hope you had a nice day yesterday, Sue, and progressed to new levels with your games!

I think a day or two off once in a while is a good thing. I usually do work out on weekends, even Sundays, though, because to me they are more recreation than work. :sunshine:

Happy New Week, everyone!

Morning ladies,

On tap for today....10 Minute Solution Slim & Sculpt Pilates with Pilates Band with Suzanne Bowen Warm Up, Pilates for Abs, and Pilates for Flexibility and Evening workout walking/jogging in place/dancing

Bama, great workout this a.m. and yup some weekends you just need to take off.

Chris, as I said to Bama, a lazy weekend is good sometimes. Sorry to hear about your right arm tendons, been there, done that over the years.

Very sorry to hear about your mom, Chris, I will do some extra prayers that she get well very soon. Glad your dad's treatments are on schedule and as you said at least he is trying...again been doing some special prayers for him and all of you.

Thanks on the list, Chris. I see another cool winter day for you too...cooler for us today but still warm compared to you, so blowing of our air your way.

Molasses, great workout this a.m. and love the 70s music. Yes, I did progress several more levels in Ricochet Lost Worlds LOL and also in new game of Bookworm too.

Me too, Molasses, since I was a kid Sunday has always been a day of rest.

Well off to breakfast, a workout with Suzanne, making up our grocery list, calling the office and the list goes on LOL

Have a good one, ladies,

Sue

Great workouts Molasses and Chris.

In addition to vacuuming made up brownies, did sliding glass doors inside and out and yikes pollen, pollen every where. Then watched mats by the sliding glass doors with Bleach Rite so they look good again. The idiot painters got paint on the back of one...GRRRR

Then Chuck cut the brownies and I wrapped them. He also cleaned up the pan and other stuff, while I stretched out back...was having spasms.

I am currently on hold with Wellcare as they are filing a complaint about CVS/Caremark, as I am tired of them asking me for a credit card when I pay by bill pay and mind you, yesterday since it was a generic there wasn't any charge....GRRRR plus I have a zero balance.

So Michael at Wellcare is currently filing a telephone complaint.

Next up will call Walgreen's and see if I am going to have the same problems. If so, I will just slowly move stuff to SaveMart.

Well Michael's back so I am off to finish call,

Sue

If you can achieve a full range of motion Chris, especially with any exercises that require movement of the arms, then you could adapt your current workout to be done without any weights, for the mean time, until you're clear to lift again.

Good Morning All,
Last night I opted for 30 minutes of Zumba with Wii. It was a short class that I have done before and I really like. It felt good and I danced up a sweat. This morning I left the car at home and walked to work for 20 minutes. We are having a beautiful day today and I am already looking forward to getting out for another walk. :sunshine:

Thanks Boss Man. I do have full range of motion. This morning there is a lot less pain. I have been more careful with it lately. I think the stretches are really helping too. I may try some of the upper body exercises after Easter with much lighter weights and slowly increase, which will be hard to do when I want to go for it.

Yum on the brownies Sue!! Hope you had good luck with your calls.

Good Morning Sisters,

Well I did get an afternoon walk in yesterday but that is all .

Better today so I have already finished strength workout

Real Life stuff was cleaned the master bathroom shower . Oh and it is a devil to clean . It's a 6 ft one with a bench in it . Surprising that something with the flow of water gets so dirty but it is beautiful now . Two loads of clothes so put a fork in may as I am done for this morning

Chris hope you are soon back to Normal . and a nice walk to work . You must work close to home .

Mo, great workouts .

Sue there are just so many stupid people in the world and I seem to run into a lot . Hope all gets settled with your RX's

Sun is shining but we are going to have a cold spell this weekend . Azaleas are in bloom and the back of the back yard is just beautiful . Going to try and get a picture today .

Have a good day .
