WOMENS for the win ! If the womens with who I work was that nice I wouldn't be writing on forums while at break lol

For lifting and Diet, you got to get that back on

And for school, continue on that way. That's a really good choice.

Well I mean I'm going to get diet back on track of course but I'm just concerned about to do in the gym.

One of earlier posts had what I can do.

I was thinking about doing an A/B session like this 3x a week.

Workout A

Deadlift 10x3
Squats 5x5
Row Variation 4x6
Curls 3x12
Some ab exercise, can't be planks that hurts chest. :(

Feel Free to add anything else here.

Workout B

Squats 10x3
Deadlift 5x5
Row Variation 4x6
Curls 3x12
Some ab exercise.

Feel Free to add anything else here.

Deadlifts

200lbs, 4x6

DB Rows

110lbs, 4x6

Just for laughs to disprove ab exercises I was on the abdominal twist machine thing and I put on all of the weight, 205lbs, and did 3x12 easily and guess what? I don't have ripped, sexy abs.

I did it to prove friend at the gym wrong. As soon I was done I lifted up shirt to reveal how you can barely see a four pack there and he was just like ok fine you win.
