Well this was one day off & I actually got some stuff done..not the housework mind you
I found out I receive 30 % off at lady sport & 25 % off at new balance for being registered with the parks board. ! Found a set of clothing for interviews, job search. Not bought the shoes yet, can't wear those type outside at this time of year anyway, still boot weather. Though I've got the " I need a new pair of runners " fever so...soon. Stocked up on protein powder, fruit, vegetables...hit whole foods..oatmeal YES ! Bought some almond butter...Oh .. ..to bad I can't cheat till Wednesday, sigh. I had not eaten in hours due to shopping, so fell prey to the cashew bin..think its usually about 10 nuts.Why do nuts have to taste so good anyway ? Well hope everyone had a good weekend & are READY for the week ahead, viva fitness !!!

One more thing happened lately...I was going by vegetable stand & I SAW it, asparagus on sale. So I bought some, can't believe I have NOT eaten that in all of 47 years, pretty tasty stuff, with a little olive oil & salt n pepper in the oven

Last week I FELT as though the fat was literally falling off of me again, so today I measured

side steps 2 x 20
single leg hip extensions 2 x 20
Hip thrusts
3 x 5 x 95 lb
5 x 5 x 105 lb
Regular dead lifts
3 x 3 x 125 lb
5 x 3 x 130 lb
Treadmill incline 3..10 minutes @ 5 mph
I focused on fully using the gluts in these dead lifts, something tells me I should be glad I have stretchy shorts.Hope they hold up as the muscle gets bigger
Were some adorable ones at the store yesterday, though not what I was there for so didn't buy them. Going to download a form for the lady in this complex to take to her doctor & have filled out. I'm insured, may as well get started. While I'm out at the local gyms tomorrow I ' ll see what they charge per drop in session.

I just weighed myself at the hospital & it read 49.4, with sweatpants etc on..two days ago at the gym it was 51.6 ..the hospital scale is usually the heavier of the two. I will wait till Monday to weigh & just use the gym scale I guess. That way it means I've not LOST any of the weight I'm trying so desperately to keep on now.
While there a nurse asked me if its possible to lose mid section fat, without losing boobs..well we all know I'm going to be honest. I am going to drop a list of pro's of losing that fat vs the one con of maybe shelling out money for new boobs. I mean unless your in a job where it would be impossible to buy them at what is it 5 thousand ?..then why care about what you lose, she is around age. I can honestly say even IF I'd of been able to retain the fat in that area, at this age they look like a train wreck already. Fat wouldn't of made them look any better.
This will be the age group I specialize in, so may as well come up with a good sales pitch for pro fitness vs boob terror now & try it on someone I've known for 2 years already

Well main concern about the mid section fat is regarding the risk for disease, though yes a flat is appealing also
She don't have big boobs, I think thats why she is afraid, but she is only one of thousands & thousands of women who think this way. Me I'd rather be healthy, have energy & a steady mood.
I need to come up with a strategy to help women make the transition from fear to loving themselves boobs or no boobs. I don't blame this on men, its just the way things are in society. What I need to stress is that as women we don't need to be perfect to be loved or desired . ( being overweight is not included its still unacceptable, I'm talking about minor flaws ) I found in fitness enough love for myself & the desire part is so influenced by posture, self confidence, feeling great about yourself is a huge attraction to men, or so I'm noticing anyway. However at this age I'm not out hunting a life partner, so anyone I come across is like a bonus, to already full life. Thanks for your thoughts Brent

Personally i don't feel like big boobs is really an issue with women. I'd rather have boobs smaller to be honest, more comfortable. boobs have been small most of life though.
I think it's a personal choice. I wouldn't say the vast majority of women want big boobs or think its that imporant though. Just some do. Maybe i'm wrong though.

I'm saying the first thing out of womens mouths in regards to fat loss is...will I lose boobs ? !! Even on here I see it, in some threads. If gravity is going to be cruel & it WILL be I'd rather have smaller ones, just saying.

Hehe no, she likes muscles, though I doubt many women I meet would want as large of muscles as I have, which they don't really have to. No what scared me was when she went back to the nurses station & said " well I have answer " that to me meant, if I'm going to lose boobs, no thanks to working out. So I will drop off the information that SHOULD of been in head at the time, but since I'm so new, it wasn't till later

Well curiosity got the better of me...weigh in 110.8 ..almost a 2 lb loss since Monday..Grrr.
This brings up some questions...I eat healthy..I eat A LOT..don't skip complex carbohydrates, include everything in meals. Not saying personally that I WANT to gain a huge amount of MASS, however as a professional in this field, how would underweight persons gain mass ? Since carbohydrate loading only in thoughts causes FAT gain, then what is necessary, the growth hormones ? How do they do it ? How does one take a skinny person & make them big ?..weights/workout wise I have a clue, but diet wise what are they eating or taking ?
