If you are refering to the squats, then yeah that's the most I've lifted with legs, but then again it was only for 3 reps at a time. Not a trace left of pain in lower back, so now I can push it again. Plan to do deadlifts on wed!

And cheers, Will 8)

Cardio day:

14 reverse crunches > 14 tuckcrunches > 55+55 side planks > 14 reverse crunches > 14 tuckcrunches > 55+55 side planks. 10min total. 1hr biking around lake. Felt a lot fresher today biking, needed that kickstart last time.

Rest day today. Trying to find new stuff to eat, gets a bit monotonous with the same veggies and proteins over and over. I probably eat half an onion, half a pepper, 3 carrots and 2 mushrooms every day! Suggestions? I found a new hotdog (rediculously expensive) with 9g fat per 100, 1,4 of which saturated, rest mono, poly and omega. 18g protein. It's pork, is this better or worse than turkeyfat? Sounds good on paper no?
