Not Tiny enough I suppose. I mean, i'm not a size 1, 0 or -1 like their girls!
Thanks guys/gals for your support. I used to argue back and kept fighting and at the end I’ll just get mad and end up eating fried chicken. Nowadays, I don’t need to waste time with them so I just keep it cool and mind own business. Kicking, kneeing, and punching them would be ideal… oh yeah!!!

They'll say what they like about your lifestyle, but if it fuels a wrong attitude to their lifestyles, they may pay for it later in life too.

Their choice, but not your problem.

LOL...   Too funny!!! Sad thing about that... I used to want to be one of them!
Maybe because I was around them and thought that's how it was suppose to be... Now, OMG how I think differently!
I don't think I would ever want to be 100-105lbs and a size 1 or 0.
I'll be happy with good health and be fit.. say 135lbs and a size 4/5.

Tuesday:

Diet:
Meal #1 – Plain oatmeal 1/4c, 3 eggs (2 whites, 1 whole)
Meal #2 – Strawberries, cashews 1/4c, sweet potatoes
Meal #3 – Split Pea Soup
Meal #4 – Brown rice ½c, steam string beans, grilled chicken, peanut sauce
WORKOUT – Protein shake
Meal #5 – Sweet potatoes, grilled chicken, hummus
Meal #6 – Steam broccoli, lean beef

Workout: Full body
Deads (BB 110lbs) 4x6
Bent over rows (DB 30lbs) 3x8
Lunges (Db 17lbs) 3x12
Shoulder press (DB 25lbs) 3x8
Face pull (Cable) 3x10
Push ups 3x12
Hammer Curls – 3x12
Pull down - 3x12

I didn’t get to do cardio last night. I was too exhausted so today I will do a full body workout instead of split as plan. Tomorrow I’ll do Cardio and Thurs & Friday I will continue with split.

2 things I cannot wait for:
1) This Wednesday – last night at job#2
2) May 8th to pull out this loose tooth that’s been killing me!!! This stupid tooth ache hurts so bad it gives me head aches! I can’t wait for them to take it out…. Then it will be replaced with a metal… gross!

Hi Nokie! I finally had a minute to read your journal. I love your workouts and your food. I ditto Lynne's response (couldn't stop laughing actually) about those idiot comments, and you really handled it beautifully - I think I would've smacked them!

Remember!!! Pictures put 10 lbs on you that no one else can see!!! And don't we all look at ourselves much too critically - I don' know anyone that doesn't. YOU are doing GREAT! Remember where you came from - you've come a long way!!

-1? I'd be interested to see a -1 one size female. I wonder if she'd be called Bonesy? The sort of person that might get sucked up their own vacuum cleaner perhaps .

Or the image of Eve, if God had accidentally put the Skin on after the Bones.

Now then what's missing, something does'nt look right. Oh dammit I forgot the Muscles; now I'll have to take all the Skin off, which will take hours, literally.

Ha ha ha ha.

Shut up Adam that's not funny.

As for metal teeth, hopefully their not Mercury based. The bad publicity about Mercury leaching into human tissues, cannot be good and the science, (I haven't even any personally), may be enough to more than suggest this link, between Mercury based inclusions and side effects.

Nokie, I just read your most recent entry...I've been through the same thing! When I was 10-15 pounds heavier a couple of years ago, relatives would poke fun at me, even when they were bigger than I am! Maybe it's an asian thing, an annoying asian thing. And when I finally did lose the weight, no one said anything to encourage the work I've been doing. They are always there to bring me down, but never there to bring me up. IGNORE them. I'm having to deal with the same people for wedding (some are pissed they aren't in wedding party) and now they are cooking up a STORM about how an awful person I am (including snobby 17 year old cousin who's used to being the center of attention). We have bigger and better things to do than put other people down and LET others bring us down. I'm with everyone else, I would have threw a fit and gave it right back!!!! Family or not, no one should talk to you that way! Anyways, the best revenge is to prove them wrong, those bastards!!!!

Oh Bossman... That's hilarious!!!! I guess no 6 packs for Eve!

You're right... I'm trying to prove to myself that I can do it... same time prove them wrong!!! those suckers!!! or your term... bastards!!!!

Wednesday:

Diet:
Meal #1 – Plain oatmeal 1/4c, 3 eggs (1 whole, 2 whites)
Meal #2 – Protein shake, strawberries, cashews 1/4c
Meal #3 – Chicken tortilla soup (no tortilla), wheat bread
Meal #4 – Steam String beans, grilled chicken, peanut sauce
WORKOUT – Protein shake
Meal #5 – Chicken sandwich 1/2
Meal #6 – Not sure

Workout: Cardio/ Drills/ Plyometric:

Treadmill HIIT – 25mins

Drills: (1 side of the room to the other side)
Side shuffle
Run knee up
Squats & Side kicks
Run forward/ run backward
Walking lunges

Plyometric: (10-15)
Line Jumps
Ankle hop
Jump Kicks
Tuck Jumps
Broad Jumps

X Repeat starting with drills (2 sets total)

Yesterday after workout, tooth was aching sooooo freaking bad… tears started to roll down face. I had to take 800mg of ibuprofen and iced the left side of cheek. I think it might be b/c of the pressure from working out??? I was soooo in pain I was really close to find one of those slip joint pliers and pull it out myself!!!
Image

Its been hurting for awhile now and for some apparent reason it’s hurt much more now especially after workout. It’s really sensitive to hot and cold water. When I drink cold water it hit a nerve and boy oh boy I feel like banging head against the wall… oh how I hate tooth ache.
I'm calling denist now to see if I can get it any earlier!!!! :( :( :(

Good news…. Tonight is last night for job#2 and they are buying me dinner. I told them I prefer salad or steam fish but I don’t know what they are brining so I’ll update the last meals later.

Ouch! Toothaches are no fun and they can definitely get worse from exercise because of the added pressure - hopefully you can get to the dentist sooner!

Have fun on your last night at your night job :) I hope they bring some fish or salad for you!

What you can do is buy a toothpaste for sensitive teeth. You can get ones with names like pronamel formula or sensitive Tooth formula.

The sensitivity usually occurs, because of the Teeth getting tiny poruous holes that expose the nerves, making them more succeptable especially to hot and cold liquids, that can filtrate through the holes. Certain toothpastes work to fill the holes and protect from the possibility of pain sensations.

What you could do as well, is alter your diet a bit if this happens again. Vitamin C supplements might work, as one thing about Vit C is, it helps to create Collagen for Skin, Teeth and Bones.

I suggest initially a 500mg dose first thing, if you do it. If you find slight issues, switch to buffered which is supposedly a little better for some people. Then you could go for another one last thing at night. Pehaps after that you might consider switching up to a 1g dose 1-2 times a day.

Also you could increase Calcium and Vit D sources.

As Vit D is a Fat soluable Vitamin anything like Oils, Seeds, Flax, Omega Eggs, (chickens fed some Flax), Nuts, Peanuts, Soy products, (Nattokinase, Soybeans, Tofu, Tempeh, Edemame), Avocado, Fish and Low Fat Cheese, will be good.

For Calcium, things like Dairy, Nuts, Peanuts, Soybeans and other Legumes will work well.

I can't believe you can't get in to have that tooth pulled! I think the toothache you are describing is worse than anything else - I'd have 25 babies before having 1 more of those toothaches.
