Side jumps on platform ( up, on & down other side )
3 x 12 ( didn't time myself, was quicker than last week though )
push ups with platform ( one hand on, one on floor, down & explode up & change hands & sides )
1 x 9/10/7 ( arm literally gave out )
with
Drop lunges with alternating DB front raise
3 x 12 x 5 lb
Mountain climbers
3 x 1 min
Wood choppers High to low with 9/10 lb medicine ball
3 x 10
reverse ab curl
3 x 12
15 mins treadmill
5 min @ 5 mph
10 min @ 5.5 mph
Umm on the push ups, I wouldn't call what I was doing exploding up, however that is what you are supposed to accomplish.Not sure If I will EVER have the strength to do those let go of the bar pull ups, having difficulty with the regular ones
