Maybe, Lynne, would be nice to reach goal that soon! Next goal, 5:30? Wonder how fast I can go without serious training aimed at running. Will, yeah I plan to do usual Saturday FB. Will probably be a bad diet day with misc foods and alcohol, another birthday party, so nice to have done a good deed before hand.

Here's niece in her costume :)

Weights day:

Flat barbell bench: 8+7+7+7 (50>3x54kg) (10x3 58,5kg next)
+Dumbbell shrugs: 9+9+9 (3x31kg) (4x6 32,5kg next)

Chinups: 8+7+7+5 (not happy with the last set, but compromises must happen, can't be 100% on all exercises)
+Barbell military press in front of head: 6+5+5+5+5 (30>4x32,5) (same weight 4x6 next)

Dumbbell side lunges: 7+7+7+7 (4x30kg) (31kg 3x8 next)
+Calve raises on edge: 10+10+10 (3x30kg) ( grip was so SPENT at this point from holding the dumbbells in 3 exercises, felt like they were on fire)

Standing barbell extension behind head: 6+6+6+6 (4x23kg) (same weight 4x7 next)

2 days in a row now I've had 10 oz sirloin dinners, fills me up real nice! Iceberg, potato salad, pepper, onion, mushroom on the side <3 Too bad it isn't a little cheaper. I usually try to look out for marked down meat that expires within 1-2 days, though.

I'd love to get to a workout level where I could have a meal like that again :)

Ah maybe bad english, but I meant once you do an exercises with your arms, you aren't going to be 100% on the next arm exercise.

I'd say that's a good meal for anyone! Except the potatoes maybe.
