Lunch whole grainwheat bread / ham/ mustard/ 2% pepper jack cheese

snack a few more almonds and 2 slices of low fat cheese
Dinner Something Green and lean:) not sure exactly though.....

Awww… Annee, I totally know how you feel. Believe me. A lot of us feel the same way!
But it’s about patient and you can’t give up! It took me almost a year to loose about 30lbs while it took some people a few months.
But I didn’t give up… you know why? Because I was doing it for myself and health…
Try to take a picture and measure yourself. Yes, your progress should help motivate you and of course… we are here too.
Do you have anything else to snack in between lunch and dinner?

If muscles feel different, but weight more or less stays constant, then that's good. It means you're achieving a better muscle to Fat ratio.
Weight gain may have bnene down ot weighing time. If you weighed first thing previously, then last time weighed at night, when you might have beed carrying some undigested food and waste matter, that could skew the reading.
Or maybe you were experiencing that "female thing", which may havd added some water weight on.
Keep pushing on and don't let yourself feel badly for little things. The more you let those things grow, the bigger and worse they become until they start to control how you feel way to much.
You can be so proud of hacking things this far, but the real test is if you can make it to the 6 month period, with some solid conistency, so it feels like a real part of your life, not a hobby or a book you can indulge in as sporadically as you wish. Don't forget the other benefits too. Lower Blood pressure, better Bone density, lowr Cholesterol, lower risk of disease, strokes, heart attacks. See the bigegr picture. Much more happens than just the cosmetic alterations hen you have a good lifestyle and a beter sense of perspective helps to clarifiy things when you need it.
This is not just for now, this is forever. You deserve a good quality of life in 40+ years and here's where you start getting it, so keep perspective, keep focus and keep believing in yourself.
It's okay to question yourself and sometimes even slip-up, as long as you correct errors quickly and don't find a load of negative answers to your questions. You're human and that's certainly okay
.
You are worth the honest an genuine changes you're getting, from the time you're putting in and you deserve to be getting results when you work for them, so feel proud of yourself, don't be hard on yourself and keep on pushing yeah
.
It won't necessarily get easier, but it will get better and more productive with time, patience and belief. You CAN do this and I think you know it as well.
Overall you're doing great and you have a right to feel beautiful, feminine and special. I'm sure in time you will achieve that and more, so GOOD LUCK, chin up, be strong, head high and no worries now yeah
.
We're here for you, so you keep being there for you too

Re: Ambers Journal
Question?????
schedule this week
Mon full body weights 1 hour
tues cardio
Wed Full body weights 1 hour
Thursday PLYO that stuff is "ROUGH" Tony Horton your a mean mean man...LOL
question is should I take off Friday due to Plyo being so much of an intense Leg workout??? Do they need to rest....I know you all say to make sure muscles have rest.....Should i just skip legs tomorrow and do arms instead then do legs again on Saturday?????????????????
Also, Do you think It would jumpstart actual weightloss/inchloss if I cut even good carbs down to a low amount for a little bit then start reintroducing them in a couple of weeks.....go up slowly...?????Just curious I was thinkin about it but didnt want to make the wrong decision.....
What ya think??
