I will eat an apple with a Tbsp of peanut butter along with water mixed with a scoop of protein powder. This comes out to be 300 calories as well. The fiber in the apple and protein in the peanut butter are both really filling, keep me full for about 3 or 4 hours.

Here is your high protein morning meals
# boiled eggs + Two bananas + boiled beans ( white kidney beans are rich source of protein) + two slice of breads
# Boiled eggs + nuts +one cup of brown rice + papaya
