You've definitely got something there, the old fahsioned bathing shorts, and the Rugby Player hair, it's a winning combination

Only in jest man. looking pretty mean there, I mean physically of course. Although I noticed it said transformations at the bottom, so it's a shame there was no old pics to compare, and maybe some kind of timeline stated, so people could see how the Duckling became the Swanso, in a manner of speaking .

Nice job though although the same :).

well i'm 28 now and 71kgs about and 10% body fat...when i was 18 i was 53kgs at the same so nothing really...wasn't thin, stick like but just very small...had 6 months off all exercises after i cut all ligaments, tendons and nerves in half on right hand and blew up to a max of 80kgs and probably mid 20's ...in the last 9 - 10 months i'v kept the same wt but dropped from about 18 - 19% without really trying food or training wise...so i have come prettyf ar is uppose and it goes to show how long it does take to get anywhere if you don't do your research like i didn't back in the day

i'm not "tight" by any stretch of the imagination skin wise and when i can still grab handfuls around the guts and even on knees!! it's just cionsistency with food mainly...since i upped the veg intake in place of bread (which i'm now gettin back into), started to go down then...i maintained total calories though with a biger breakfast and bigger post training meal...consistency, consistency, consistency (and no cardio for me either wo, wo!!!)

gotcha!

i'm cardioholic right now, whenever i can i climb stairs i do (23 floors to home, 18 to office) and i'm (re)starting boxing. with new welterweight (67kg) i'm very good, i want to stay here for a while because i'm having excellent mile times for age and once i get bored i think i will gradually return to 75-77kg natural weight and hopefully only add muscle. i will post pictures.

Yeah, bard, just get something like a free Photobucket account, and upload them off your hard drive.

You then get three different links you can use for each pic, one of the links should be messageboard compatible.

Hay Fire, the only thing missing from those pics, was some Bacon.

Lean back

Nice job dude :).

fire's looking godd time to bulk soon buddy i think...you've got the groin lines and abs so you're probably near as low as you'll get without going silly

brad's also looking good...got a wide shoulder structure and thin waist which is perfect genetics for sculpting...nedd some chest work though buddy and some more trap size i think

Ya I dunno what to do for chest though. It strong and I work it more than anything else, it gets really pumped up after the gym then just deflates. Doesn't really show its strength for some reason. And I noticed those pics make traps look smaller but ya they stll need a bit of work. What else should I do besides shrugs and upright rows?

traps - deadlifts as heavy as you can and jump shrugs that will let you use more wt

chest - maybe try a 10 x 3 approach so you make the actual contractie fibres bigger not really focusing on the pump which is just metabolic growth (cells, fluid etc)... best exercises i do are Bench Presess to the neck (play around with grip width to find what hits the upper chest best, i'm probably shoulder width maybe a little closer) and gymnastic ring push ups (or suspended chains which you can probably make or have someone mae for you) which allows you to do heavy push up movements and you can also add in the squeeze for mid pecs so all in one...love them

Umm I looked up the jump shrugs and with how shoulders are I'd be kinda worried about dislocating them... I do 95 lbs shrugs per hand, if those allow me to do more weight I wouldnt really want to be jumping up and down with over 200 lbs in hands, sounds like an injury waiting to happen. And what do yo umean by gymnastic rings pushups... just inclined ones with feet higher?

well you wouldn't actually jum because iof the wt being used but you would try and jump so your just using your legs to assist you in moving more wt...good calf workout too as you should be rising onto your toes at least

ring push ups here:
