Not being picky, but how does that figure stack up? That would surely depend on things like the persons weight, bone density, muscle mass etc etc. I don't believe if a 150lb person did Sit-ups, the same compression level would occur, compared to someone who was 170lbs.

thank you all for the great info. trying to incorporate what you all have said into workouts and the diet is the hardest part for me, wow you all have exception will power to stay on these diets. no wonder you all are in great shape thank you much!!!

Hi,

Forgive me for saying this, but doing hundreds of sit ups is just a waste of time. Your ab workout doesn't need to be that much, 15-20 sit ups is already fine. Plus you need whole-body training and proper diet in addition to effective abs exercises.
