Not being picky, but how does that figure stack up? That would surely depend on things like the persons weight, bone density, muscle mass etc etc. I don't believe if a 150lb person did Sit-ups, the same compression level would occur, compared to someone who was 170lbs.swanso5 wrote: guess how much compression EACH sit up places on the spine....you guessed it, 730pds

Forgive me for saying this, but doing hundreds of sit ups is just a waste of time. Your ab workout doesn't need to be that much, 15-20 sit ups is already fine. Plus you need whole-body training and proper diet in addition to effective abs exercises.
