well its March 21st/09 .... 186lbs
finally i see changes in body...
been doing weights, cardio, weights, cardio, weights, cardio, rest
been working upperbody at 5 am and lower body at 5 pm in weight days...
cardio= p90X intervals, plyometrics and sprinting
i was expecting to be 184- 185lbs this week but i stayed the same as last week 186lbs... i reached a plateau...?
well if thats the case, then i'll switch to a lighter weight, switchng from 30lbs to 20lbs dumbbell and do 2 times more reps per exercise. so 20 reps...
also sprint more? 10 incline+ 14km/hour for 40 sec X 2
this fat loss is taking way longer than i thought! i better be around 184- 185 lbs next week...

- you're probably overdoing it with sprints and plyo's twice a week plus legs however many times a week...it's not good to mix programs
- you'll drop fat in bunches, 1 week of nothiong isn't a plateua...not by a long shot
- alter your cardio days and you'll prgress again although you can't do more, you're already doing too much...you didn't leave any room to progress when needed

holy shit! i'm 183 lbs this weeek!!!! you were right, swanso. i did change routine. its in the workout plan section so if anyone wanna see. the biggest thing i've noticed is that i ate 6 times a day, little portions and i ate last meal at 6 pm and no more from then. i guess eating rice which is carbs too close to sleeping time is really bad. and i will try to not skip lunch at school since it DOES kill metabolism.

k wow wtf...i haven't workout in a month...well maybe a little but not long enough to lose fat. REALLY REALLY disappointed in myself, wasted a month. sitting at 179lbs right now. goal for may 31st- 173lbs
going back on track. starting tomorrow getting up at 5 am doing 2 sets at morning workout out , then last 2 sets at 5 pm afternoon workout - mon, weds, fri
rest are cardio/sprints. sun rest. eating per 3 hours. hopefully losing up to 2 lbs of fat per week, or 1.5

don't count on it, you don't have much less to lose as it ishopefully losing up to 2 lbs of fat per week, or 1.5

i still have 15 lbs of solid fat to lose, then i'll be satisfied. wow! thanks for the link it looks really cool! are they actually going to design a program for me?? and is it free lol
*edit* lol nvm, but i bet i can reach 173 by the end of may =P with program ( which is working for me so far)

ok dropped like half a pound this week which isn't good... sitting at 175.5 this week. looks like ima get up at 5 am again to do full workout again. 2 sets in the morning then 2 sets when i get back from school. same with cardio days. going to add 4 sprint, each 30 sec with max speed and max incline on treadmill. and i'll see how that goes for next week.
