I have crossed fingers that you are cycling the creatine :P liver if u arent. From your first post, just looking at it you are epic over training, in split workouts i got for 4 exercises max on a particular part (bicep) and go hard during those 4 exercises, obviously with other split parts during.

Good luck to you though bro :)

I already ran out of Size On, and I think I'm gonna be off the creatine way unless some other supplement has it as an extra.

I must say though, if the is a way to lock the topic, do so. Since I already changed workout. Each body part having 4 exercises, 4x6.

Lay off the creatine. Not good for you. How can you're fifteen year old body sort out all those hormones and changes and everything else its trying to do at your age and you decide to give it something like creatine.

Let your body do what it needs to do without the filler.

whey and vitamins, nothing else except perhaps fishoil capsules.

Any disagreements guys?

Creatine a bit hit and miss. Creatine in 5g doses with NO loading, would be acceptable for a kid his age. I've seen it talked about by a few people before now who know their shizzle, but the fact he's 15, means unless he's got at least a good power base, and maybe packing a slightly chubby 170lb frame, means it's a bit of a time waster to mind, so I think the way I described should be safe, but benefit wise quite low.

it never works as good the 2nd time through then the first time you use it so like everything else, the more you use it, the less benefits you get although you pay the same price everytime though...

Well that's a possibility. Of course stupid ads with 220lb snarling Juicers, claiming Big Bench increases of crappy Celltech, do nothing to promote the realities of Creatine, or rather the Pros and the Cons.

Personally I rememebr that guy in the Ads. How he could take money to promote B.S. theroies about Creatine, (which is what they are, when a 150lb person WON'T get 40-50 possibly 60lbs of extra Bench Press on a Creatine), I will never know.

Guy was juicing he ought to have known about Creatine results / benefits. Well especially if he was promoting it.
