how much does it cost to buy the equipment for it...u think i should get a gym mmebership then??? it cost $50 regestration and $22.50 a month what do u think?

i can since i work and am only 16 which means i dont pay any bills....... but since am doing just body weights i dunno if its worth it??.....

if you can't handle your own body then you can't handle your own body PLUS external wt...good luck with that...it's a marathon not a sprint

yes man i know thats why i want to do this excersise and i like it .... only concern is that i dont have the things to do chin ups or dips lol.... thats why am asking whats another excersise that might replace them??.... if u dont know all try and come up with something... thanks for your time thoe i appreciated

Chin/Pull up, there's always a park near someone's home.

or buy the chinup bar, a well invest 30$ for dips you can do like a bench dip with chair etc.

well do you have wts at home? if so we'll substitute pull ups for db rows...in the mean time try and get a door frame chin up bar...the sooner we can start them the better

yeah i just got from wal-mart i found out that they have them for $11 so i picked up one

Weighted vest or take a belt and something to strap weight to it and there you go.

i need a proper wt belt...i use regular old dress belts and have broken 4 in half already this year...to bad if i wanna wear suit any day soon

i finished with day one lower body excersise. I got to say this is insane lol so i dunno why people under estamate these body weights training.... after i finished i was swetting like pig lol... i know i was doing some of the excersies not so well like the single leg deadlift or the RDL ...it took me 1:50 to finish lol maybe cuz i was taking like 50seconds rest then 30 hehee i need to work on that....other then that its great... coming to think of it i know some friends who are puffed and i mean puffed but probably cant do some of these excersies .... thanks for the help peeps and if anyone has anymore suggestions please share it ..... i will post the day two of upper body :o :oops:

Hi, dips at home? Try chair dips. Feet on a chair infront and hands on a chair behind you or one on each side of you. Dip. You can probably find pics on youtube or in here somewhere.
