Help Me Quit Smoking

Okay...I will admit I am a non-smoker...SHOCKER I know. But I smoked for years through college and when I decided to have children, I quit. Best decision I ever made. Started with those step-down nicotine patches and they really worked. Best part was, with the patch on, you can really make yourself sick if you try to smoke. So it really deters you from wanting a ciggie. I quit over 15 years ago and I am the worse ex-smoker ever. Even the slightest smell of smoke and I get nautious. Can't stand the smell. friend tried "chantex" which is a doctor prescribed. The only set-back for her was she had crazy dreams while she was taking it which is one of the side effects apparently. Good luck!

I remember "the good old days" when after you finished working out and went back into the locker room guys were sitting in front of their locker finally getting to have a smoke.
It seems amazing now, but many guys felt that a cigarette at the end of a workout was part of their reward for having trained hard.
