I think you've made some progress, but the lighting makes it hard to tell. If anything, you've lost some muffin top. Also you are posing different than the first picture. For your future reference, keep the same pose and same lighting.
As for 13 and lifting weights, in general, I don't see a huge issue there. But you'd better find a mentor who knows his shit. Not a trainer, a mentor. And if you are lucky enough to find a big dude who's been around the block once or twice, shut your pie hole and listen to every golden word of advice you get.
Easter Europeans start OL at an early age. It's optimal to learn young because the movements are neural pathways in the brain. The older we get, the less pathways are available for learning. coach started lifting at 10.
Yes, I've seen teens at the gym doing really incredibly stupid stuff, but I see people of all ages doing stupid stuff at the gym. The trick is not to be stupid, it makes life much harder.
I'm not going to comment on your routine. Find some one to teach you, and train with that person for supervision and guidance. At 13, you need a good dose of both.
