4 times/week is a no no right now. gym is closed on Sundays.
There is also the TBT program. I think i'll go for this.

Also, in 3 weeks i will be able to workout 2 times/week in the morning :)

Sometimes i accidentally wake up in the middle of the night to take a pee. Is it worth taking a protein shake there???

No point. Unless it was a refular thing, you'd potentially benefit then lose benefit from the no protein shakes on some days.

You could just as easily take a shake like Casein before bed, then you've always got the Protein thing covered. No reliance on feeling that little urinary tingle, to wake you up and then take one.

most of the time urination won't wake me up. But because some days ago that thing happened, i thought about it. Personally i have 100g of cottage cheese right before bed.

Don't have the Cottage Cheese then, have Low Fat Cheese, if you eat Cheese.

Low Fat has Unsaturates in about a 50/50 ratio with Sautrates, so they'll help get rid of some of the good Fat.

Also Unsaturates should be Nitrogen free, so no Nitrogen to Uric Acid conversion. which you'll get from the Protein and Saturates in .

Note: I'm not saying you should definitely eat a Cheese source before bed, just to change it if that's what you want to do.

I''ve been having a lot of gases because of olive oil and the oils that a fish can (sardines, octopus etc.) contains. What can i do about it?

Also, sometimes i experience dhiarrea .....what about that?

Fibre could be an issue, but you could also try having a daily dose of things like healthy Bacteria, in case you're not getting enough, or you have slightly reduced levels.

hmmmmmmmmmm, i'll see what i will do. Thanks for the feedback. Maybe i'll adjust. There are also some yoghurts around here which claim to contain such bacteria but there are too many carbs in it. Bacteria as a supplement are an option of course.
